We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

The house or should I say mansion was amazing so spacious & even though the house is high up in the hills so it was cooler, every room had its own AC unit. The whole family loved it! The caretaker was great as well, able to sort anything that I needed including booking a taxi. This place was great & very peaceful & secure, I highly recommend this place.

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

It’s worth your money. I highly recommend this place. So peaceful and clean. The host is very responsive and kind. Cant wait to be back.

We soooo LOVE it here!!! My husband & I booked this for our wedding anniv celeb & we def never regretted choosing this over a hotel which was our initial choice. Everything you need, from kitchen tools, blockout curtains, highquality sound speaker, etc. The entire property is well-maintained, spotless, neatly & thoughtfully decorated. I personally love how it was minimalistically, yet elegantly designed - obvious attention to detail. Moreover, the stuff provided were not cheap ones - linen sprays smells fresh & elegant, sham&cond is soo good! ankets, bed, were all cozy! & what we love the most - Marns went above & beyond to make sure we felt at home & made our stay exceptional, she gifted us wine&chips! 🥹 Marn's place is such a haven for us! private, serene, cozy, citylights view, perfect while reading. Overall, this stay surpassed our expectations which made us decide to extend & made another advanced booking ;)

Everything matches the photos provided. Everything matches the information provided. The bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all clean. The props and furniture also provide pleasure. Shampoo, body wash, etc. are not provided. Towels are provided. This also matches the host's information. Food management is necessary in the kitchen for the next guest. There are flyers in any room. I had a great time in a room with a nice clean and nice interior.

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

I love the linens and the furniture provided, it makes the ambiance more relaxing and comforting. Really enjoyed my stay here. The view was beautiful and definitely a highlight, especially at sunset. Check-in was super easy and straightforward with no hassle at all. The place was clean and comfortable and the location was great with lots of restaurants nearby. Would absolutely book again.

It was my first time using Airbnb in a completely different province. Ms. Marilou was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and complete with all the things I needed during my 4-night stay. 10/10 would definitely book again given the chance!

I highly reccommend this place, very near to almost city attractions plus it is just more or less 20-30 mins away from the airport. The host Mr. Joel is also very responsive to our queries and report. We’ll surely stay with them again 🫶🏻

Amazing unit! Spacious unit. i like that it has a separate bedroom, complete set of appliances and kitchenware, the location is just a 2min walk to the main road. accessible for public transpo. It has a gym and the gym is spacious and clean! I love the view in the gym. you can see the entire city. The host is responsive and even accommodated my requests. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing stay! Jayson and Lila were the most accommodating and responsive hosts—always just a message away. The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches: a gallon of drinking water, complimentary coffee, and even a medicine kit—which I especially appreciated since I was traveling with my daughter. The space was both smartly laid out and aesthetically pleasing; my daughter couldn’t stop taking selfies around the unit! The bathroom? Pure magic—the floor somehow always stayed dry. We also loved the location—just around the block were karinderyas, a bakery, and a convenience store, which made everything extra convenient. We originally booked for a week but loved it so much we’re considering extending our stay. Highly recommended!
