I recommend it 100%! Phornphailin and its mother are the best hosts on Airbnb! The house is quita and very well equipped. They sample water, breakfast, and take care of the house. Great! I will return for sure and thank you for everything!!

I had great stay with Goong and her family, she was very helpful host and helped me with everything. Place is nice and big, great internet also good for work with some nice places to eat around .

This house was exactly what we needed for a larger group (4 adults and one child). The house is modern and very well equipped and decorated. it features three full large bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and fully functional if you want to do your own cooking. There is also a separate living room with a foldout bed which can function as an additional bed room. The House is located in a very peaceful and private community, but it's still just a 30-40 minute drive to Bangkok. There is also a lot to do in the local Nakhon Pathom area. There are lots of beautiful temples, a water market as well as a zoo. We stayed one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitively come back.

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

The place is good large and close to Shopping mall around the restaurant and private. The room is clean. Host is quickly responding and kindness. I will be come back again.

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Kavin and his staff were extremely helpful. From allowing me to change units due to outside issues, and helping me have a package delivered to the location. Would definitely recommend this location and host to anyone staying. The staff was extremely proactive and assisted with any and everything that came up.

Our group of 12 adults had a great stay at this property. The villa was clean, extremely spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond, making the experience seamless. The location was down an alley which was a little difficult for the Grab/Taxi drivers to access due to parked vehicles near the corner restaurant. We did experience a condensation drip from the air conditioner unit in one of the bedrooms during our stay. However, after notifying the hosts the issue was addressed. Overall, we would recommend staying here again.

Good location with eateries and convenience store nearby

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

The house owners are very accommodating like family members. The house is suitable for a large family or can be split by person. Clean, safe, with parking close to community, markets and shopping malls. The landlord helps with a lot because they are from out of the province. Thank you so much!

if you are looking to have the experience of Bangkok outside of the city center and party area, which I just simply do not longer enjoy, this was perfect! I loved the people, they all tried their best to make my every need met. I will stay here again when I come back to Thailand and I love the people I met. I highly recommend everyone come stay at the very least 2 nights!

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

great accommodation, 30 minutes from Bangkok. The host is responsive and very responsive if you ask him a question and the accommodation is clean and the mosquito nets prevent you from being bitten. The locals in this neighborhood are super nice. I recommend it for people who want to be in a quiet place.
