Bandol town center - 2 min from the beach

Charming little flat in town center, "carré d'or de Bandol" ideal sector in Bandol. 2 minutes from a wonderfull beach and near all usefull places in Bandol. The flat comport 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, a tiny kitchen with all equipments to cook, a separate bathroom with classic and rain shower. The apartment is located in a quiet part of "Bandol". This is an opportunity to enjoy the autentique part of coast and the teeming life in the city or port just a few minutes away.

La Corniche - 180° sea view - City center

Unique home located in the center of Bandol facing the island of Bendor with 180 degree views of the Mediterranean. The viewpoint is deserved after climbing the steps to the apartment (impossible to access for people with reduced mobility or having difficulty walking). The beach and thalassotherapy center " Ile Rousse/Thalazur" are less than 5 min walk away. Free parking is in front of the listing. Bandol Station is a 15-minute walk away. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Nice apartment with sea view, air conditioning, WiFi and parking

Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

BANDOL - Les Katikias Beautiful apartment facing south, 180° sea view (port of Bandol). 70 m2. Terrace 16 m2. The living room and the 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/ 2 single beds) have sea view. Very quiet residence with beautiful swimming pool the 4 summer months. You can park right next to the front door. WiFi (fiber free pop). Smart speaker and board games available Sea view pool in the residence (close to the apartment, within walking distance by stairs).

Bandol "les Katikias", rental T2 of 44 m², sleeps 4. Exceptional panoramic sea view of Bandol and Sanary. Large south-facing terrace of 22m² with full awning coverage. Accommodation ideally located in a luxury residence under video surveillance and labeled “20th century heritage”. Large swimming pool with sea view, caretaker, free parking on site. Apartment completely renovated and equipped as new in February 2023.

My accommodation is close to everything, the view is exceptional on the bay of portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you. Restaurants, beach, shops are nearby you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, idleness.
