Vacation rentals with a patio in Balve

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, the large bed was very comfortable, all rooms had shutters. The bathroom was compact, but with a large shower and plenty of storage space. Soft and high-quality towels were available. The living room was chic with a private terrace. The kitchen was large, spacious and well equipped. The smart TV was a decent size. Our host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The Milka chocolate pack was a very nice touch. Unfortunately, the parking lot on the property is not ideal for larger cars, as it would block the entrance door. There are several parking spaces opposite, a parking disc must be displayed here (2 h) Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sat 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The house is noisy due to age. The bedroom is next to the front door, so you can hear noises from the staircase and door opening. Nevertheless, it was a great stay with a first-class price-performance ratio!

Was a week in Arnsberg, for that the apartment was perfect: central, well located, clean. Should I come to Arnsberg again, I would book the accommodation again.

This apartment was the absolute hit! From the first minute, we felt welcome and at home. Original, as in the photos, the apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped and exudes its charm! We didn't miss anything! Super good communication before and during the stay. Again and again!! :)

A beautiful large apartment. All conceivable amenities are provided. Beautiful garden. Close to downtown Arnsberg. Free parking for car and bicycles.

I was delighted with the accommodation that Katrin offered. The flat is vast. Everything was for me—a parking bay just at the door, only 100m to Lidl, and 500m to the open swimming pool. I slept very well—there were no noises coming from outside to my bedroom. To sum up, I got more than I expected.

Everything has already been said about this accommodation: In my opinion, it is also a premium choice with regard to all the important questions that play a role in a short break: location, appearance, cleanliness, amenities and the contact with Alex and Jan is of a quality that I would like to recommend and to which I would like to return again:) Thank you for a wonderful time in Sauerland!

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend in the house with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

It was all wonderful! Very stylish and nice ambience. Lots of small and well thought-out solutions. Everything was clean and without defects and very cozy. Absolutely convincing for max 3 people! I could assume that we were the first visitors. I'd love to come back.

On a whim, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with amazing views. From there, we could take wonderful excursions in the area. We immediately felt very comfortable, house and property are clean and lovingly cared for. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly furnished, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

The apartment was clean, spacious and located in the centre of Altena: a bakery almost in front of the house and the castle only a couple stairs away. Everything was beautifully decorated and the kitchen looked brand new. There were a lot of games available and the dishwasher was a unexpected bonus! Two notes: the two-person bed downstairs is not very big, and the couch is comfortable for three people, four if you squeeze (this we knew before hand). The communication with Kai was great. We had a very nice stay with 5 people! I would recommend this apartment! :)

Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house, cozy but everything present, fenced terrace, ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to take, really recommended

Super great apartment, very nice hostess. Very helpful. I'm sooo excited. I highly recommend this apartment. The Kaufland is around the corner here. Also a great Italian with good food is within walking distance. The apartment is nice, modern and clean. I was able to relax in the sun on the balcony. Simply great. I'm booking it now 1 week later. Then I stayed with Mrs. Schirp for 4 weeks. 🥰 I'd love to come back.

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.
