This cabin is a great basecamp for heading to Pisgah and Dupont. Located within a mile of downtown, yet you feel like you are out in the country. There are beautiful mountain and pasture views from the back porch. There is a house on one side of the cabin, but a fence in between for privacy. Sit on the back porch and watch the Scottish Highland cattle graze while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Camping turned into "Glamping" A simple cabin with real bed, electric,AC, and awesome deck over the river. The deck sits over the North Fork river in Pisgah National Forest. It is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Cabin is in a Campground setting. There is Port a john very close and campground bathhouse 100 yards away-Has a Fire ring and Firewood $5 The bathhouse isn’t fancy but does have plenty of hot water! Bring bedding or sleeping bags. 1 pet only unless preapproved.
