This 1BR bungalow is the simplest residence on our Jerash Hills Farm It can accommodate a family of 2 adults in the main bedroom and 2 children on the sofa bed in the lounge. The bungalow has a bedroom, a small bathroom with a shower box and a kitchenette with a bar fridge, a microwave and a small gas stove. There is a gas and coal fired BBQ facilities at the large front terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There also a back terrace shaded by a giant oak tree and a private kids play area.

The ground floor consists of a fairly sized kitchen, big sized living area, a swimming pool, and a large terras with spectacular views overlooking the Dead Sea and Jerusalem. The first floor has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a Master ensuite bedroom. The villa is surrounded by 1.5 acres of beautifully planted land, a play-area ideal for children, and enough parking space for around 20 cars.
