The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The owners were very concerned about the stay… everything went well! The area is in the south center of the beach, very quiet and with good places to shop and eat.

The space is literally the same as the listing, fantastic view, clean, organized and very tasteful, excellent experience for those who want to get to know the city!

Marco was very helpful, polite and flexible! The atmosphere is very good, everything as described and extremely organized, great beds, sheets, blankets and impeccable towels! Good afternoon, everyone. We thank you for the good reception of Mr. Pablo Ruciel and made himself in the mood for whatever he needed. The house everything is very clean, sheets, towels and all necessary household utensils at the disposal and washing machines and dryer. The untiring view of admiring Balneario Camburiu from the balcony. At the barbecue has the same wonderful view of the place, with table, bench, chairs and fridge., very well structured. A suggestion about the address: To get there we used Google maps and then Wase and took us to the wrong addresses. We reached out to Pablo Ruciel in contact with Pablo Ruciel. Suggestion:Pass the location immediately to guests. Casa is between Barra 2 km and Praia das Laranjerias 800 m. Balneario 20 min. I recommend 100% and thank Airbnb attendants to Mike and Pablo for their attention. Thank you!!! Abs.

Cintia's Space is exactly wonderful 🤩 All exactly like in the pictures. All very clean and organized. We were delighted with the view, with the tranquility of the neighborhood. Close to snack bars, restaurants, bars, etc. The garage is a little tight, but I only got hit on the first day, then it was super quiet. Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.
