It is 1 block from the beach. With 1 living room/kitchen + 1 bedroom (en-suite), it has all the comforts for the guest to save money and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: it has a double bed + a bunk bed in the living room. It's in the back of my house. I have 2 dogs in the yard, but there is a gate that divides the edicule from the front house. The car should be parked on the grass in front of the house (quiet neighborhood).

It is 250 meters from the beach, which is clean and quiet, in a safe condominium with 24-hour monitoring, close to a market and an ice cream parlor. The house is pet friendly, and everyone is very welcome to stay in this little corner!

Come and enjoy amazing moments with your family safely, close to the market, restaurants, pizzeria and ice cream shop. Two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, living room with TV, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove and electric oven. Balneário is quiet, with an extensive strip of sand, a beach with few waves, great for enjoying the day or watching the sunrise. In addition to the beach, you can visit Ilha do Mel or rent a speedboat for tours. There is no bath towel. Only small-sized Pets.

Beautiful house with swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, masonry swimming pool treated with salt that does not harm hair and skin, which is the best in the segment, air-conditioning in all indoor environments, fully furnished, parking for 3 cars, washing machine, beer maker, outdoor bathroom for use of the swimming pool and barbecue area, 1-position beach chairs, umbrella and cart for transport, iron, dryer... Come and have a pleasant experience in our house... CONSULT MINIMUM RENTAL!

Beautiful newly built house. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.
