It is 250 meters from the beach, which is clean and quiet, in a safe condominium with 24-hour monitoring, close to a market and an ice cream parlor. The house is pet friendly, and everyone is very welcome to stay in this little corner!

The building is new and has an automated security system, with a covered individual garage, a residential area, and is very well equipped!

We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.
