Small adjoining townhouse of 37 m2 located in the typical and quiet village of Sauzelleelle completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for a couple, possibly with a child. Guests will enjoy a shared garden with Xavier, the neighbor year-round, but rarely in the garden because it works a lot...A private space is provided with deckchairs, BBQ, table and chairs. A right of way passes in front of the house but is very rarely and discreetly used: that is also the charm of Oléron!
