Lovely small apartment of about 50 m2. It is located at one end of the farmhouse which is an older 4 long timbered farm. 1 bedroom with large double bed. Small living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Small kitchen with dining area for 4 if you move the table a little out from the wall: -) The garden consists of a terrace with a gas grill. Large lawn. In the summer there are garden tables both in the garden and in the enclosed courtyard. Kitchen contains regular oven with gas burner, coffee maker, electric kettle. Private bathroom .

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

Super cozy and atmospheric apartment, in the best location in Ballen, just across from cozy Ballen Badehotel. The apartment's major attraction are the two large roof terraces. One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. The terrace with afternoon and evening sun in the back is more private and part for sunbathing. Cozy bright Bedroom with a double bed. Lovely bright living room with two sofa beds.

Fantastisk beliggende gårdlejlighed. På toppen af en bakke med fantastisk havudsigt ligger Holmegaard. Gården er opdelt i separate lejligheder, med fælles køkken og spisestue. Lejligheden består af soveværelse, egen stue og badeværelse, samt en fantastisk tagterrasse. Gården er nyistandsat, dog hvor den oprindelige gårdfornemmelse er bevaret. Gården ligger i udkanten af Ballen, 10 minutters gang fra butikker, restauranter mv., men ligger alligevel fuldstændig uforstyrret for andre naboer.

Very nice little annex with good space for two people. Perfectly located a stone's throw away from Ballen harbor, where there are good local restaurants and a small grocery store. The bathroom is surprisingly large and spacious with views of the sea. The small refrigerator, service and cutting board make it possible to prepare simple meals. We would clearly recommend booking Tom's annex and having a wonderful experience on Samsø and Ballen.

If you are looking for a remote place and a lot of peace, the detached vacation home of Søren is the place to be. The place is as described, there is plenty of space and everything works. There were two of us with our dog for ten days on site. We had a wonderful time with walks on the beach and on three days we were able to paddle the kayaks on the fjord. Attention: In Denmark, there are fewer blinds on windows than is usual in Germany, including at Søren's. So if you don't want to wake up in the summer with the sunrise (about 4:30 am), you should definitely bring a sleeping mask. The on-site coffee machine is designed for filter coffee. The sauna is great for two people, creates 90°C and offers a direct view of the fjord. A cold outdoor shower is also provided. The wallbox for the electric car worked great. Our holiday was perfect! Dear Søren, Thank you for your hospitality.

Delicious double room on farm

I was partly alone and partly with my 16-year-old son at Jacob's place. We felt very comfortable right away. Jacob and his daughter were super kind and helpful. I was also allowed to rent a bike from them. The room is upstairs in the middle of the family area, the kitchen downstairs is a little secluded. So I was able to cook and eat comfortably with my son later in the evening without it clashing with the family rhythm of Jacob. It was perfect for us.

The stay at Rikke's was really great, the house is in a very nice location and the landlords were very friendly and open (the 7 cats were also very sweet). The shared use of the kitchen and dining room was also no problem, you felt welcome right away.

A well-lit bathroom area features a modern toilet and a sleek sink with a minimalist cabinet below. A round mirror is mounted above the sink, and decorative elements, including a wall-mounted art piece and a towel holder, are visible.
