Vacation rentals with beach access in Ballard, Seattle

The location is beautiful and was a perfect location for adventuring the greater Seattle region. Just the right size for two adults.

Great place to stay in West Seattle if you want to walk to water taxi or along beach front. Great views across bay to down town area. Apartment was compact and exactly as described online. Street parking was fine and close to accommodation. Would certainly look to stay here again when in the area.

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

We had such a fabulous time at Lene’s beautiful home ! Set in the perfect location next to Lake Washington in gorgeous Madison Park, which has wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very spacious and cozy with such a lovely comfy bed and ultra pristine linen. The great kitchen has everything you need and the shower was wonderful. It was extremely quick and easy to get into downtown on the number 11 bus. Lene is such a great super host nothing was too much trouble for her and she even let us use her laundry room which was so kind of her. We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much for looking after us x

Marie-Josée was a wonderful host! She was very responsive during the booking process and helped us navigate the location in relation to the activities we had planned. The house was very clean and spacious. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. We picked up groceries at the local Safeway which was within walking distance and made breakfast each morning. The only thing the photos don’t show are the room darkening curtains that have been added which are a wonderful addition for those who want a bit of a sleep in. FYI - This is a $10 uber to a $6 water taxi to the Seattle Pier 50. Then it’s only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Or, alternatively, a 20 minute walk to T-Mobile Park.

Our family came to visit us in north Kitsap and we appreciated the clean and quiet accommodations between Kingston and Port Gamble. They enjoyed the nearby day trips to Point No Point lighthouse and beach, Port Gamble’s quaint downtown and White Horse Golf Course. The beach access was a plus, but the kayaks available were a little far from the beach - a series of steps, etc. so we passed on that. We were able to use the firewood that the host provided at the beach, so we were very happy with the experience we had. All-in-all, a lovely spot to stay!

Location, location, location… This place is perfect for what I'm looking for when staying in West Seattle. Close to the beaches, close to fabulous restaurants, close to everything you need. Jay is an extremely friendly host and willing to help. Place has everything you need inside..only exception would be creamer for my coffee. What a beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, what a fun place...we had a really great time staying here.

Very much enjoyed our 6th stay at the Alki home. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment is well appointed and has a good supply of linens & towels. Appreciated the stock of kitchen basics and snacks & treats. Easy to get around the local area and you can park close-by the King County water taxi terminal to have a car free day out in Seattle centre. Mardy & Kate are great hosts and will make your stay very welcoming. We hope to visit again when we can.

What a beautiful location to stay with family! The Sound and Mt Rainier views were stunning. A rocky beach was just a short walk down the road from the house with an amazing array of driftwood. We were able to explore part of the Olympic National Forest, a botanical garden, and light house visit. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The contemporary style home had beautiful wood/stone/tile/brick features. We spotted seals from the lookout deck near the edge of the bluff as well as bald eagles and some herons. A very restful experience giving us time to reconnect as a family. We appreciate Justin and Lauren letting us stay at their home/sanctuary.

I echo much of the same positives mentioned by past guests. Probably one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve stayed at, if not the cleanest, and you can tell the host cares a ton about comfort when it’s never hard to find a tissue. Every space had tissue boxes, which I think is an amazing touch I’ve never seen elsewhere. Would stay again 100%. Thank you Carter for a fantastic stay!

Great host, beautiful home close to everything. Swam at the lake and walked to the park. Only took 12min to get to downtown convention center. The house was so beautiful. The shower was lovely and large tubs! Adorable backyard retreat.

This quaint Kirkland home was quiet and comfortable. The accommodations were very clean and included all basic necessities. The deck with Lake view was an added bonus. The location was perfect for walking to town or driving back streets to avoid busy roads. The individual room heaters were nice for customizing temperatures. We would highly recommend this home.

Nice location on Bainbridge Island for the weekend. Our family of 4 including 2 toddlers enjoyed the private backyard space, lawn toys and neighborhood farm animals. Beds were too soft for our liking but was fine for a 2 night stay. Pretty expensive for what it is, but I think it's on par with the Bainbridge market. thanks for the stay!

What a lovely place! We stayed here for a couple of days before our relocation to Europe. It was perfect for us in every way: comfy bed, a small kitchen with glassware and dishes, a good size shower. A baby grand piano was a welcome surprise. One minor thing some people might want to keep in mind: the unit is on the second floor, accessible by a long flight of stairs. It was a little tricky, but that was due to our particular circumstances: since we were in the middle of a major international move, we had a ridiculous number of large and unruly suitcases. If you’re traveling light, this should not be an issue. Overall, a wonderful experience and a gracious and kind host.

We loved our stay at this home! It had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards. There were plenty of paddles, life jackets, and beach towels for us to use. It’s a pretty steep walk up and down to the waterfront, but it was worth it! The house was a 30 minute drive from lots of good spots for hiking and enjoying scenic views. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Great stay, peaceful surroundings and walkable to coffee shops and nature preserve. Home was cute and clean. Would recommend staying here anytime.

Great place, great location, within walking distance to many points of interests, public transit right outside the door, essentials are provided so you don't have to pack extras, spectacular top floor view of the waterfront, quiet building, very clean, warm and comfortable "at-home away from home" experience, and the host is very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and well decorated. It is very noisy but in all fairness. You are located right in the heart of it all. She has ear plugs if you need them and eye covers for sleep. It is literally the perfect spot for enjoying the city. Space needle view right off the balcony. Swimming pool and gym if you need it.

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. It was just what I needed for a solo getaway. Thanks Jonathan for the great communication and for providing such an awesome place!

Loved staying at Jeri's place, she is an amazing host, always available, so friendly and funny! Her place is unique and very comfortable -there is a great spa tub i didn't remember being mentioned -could have spent my whole vacay in that tub ! I actually stayed at 2 Airbnb's while in Seattle (the other was not good), would definitely book Jeri's again !

Susannah’s place was perfect for our weekend in Seattle. It was extremely walkable, safe, and hosts were friendly and helpful. The sauna and parking were great amenities included at the condo. There were great restaurants within walking distance, and attractions were easy to get to. The bed was very comfy, and we felt at home.

Caleb’s home was perfect for my stay and was just as it’s described. It was very clean which is something that I always look for in an Airbnb and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything you could need plus more. It definitely felt like a home and not just a place that’s rented out which I absolutely loved. And Caleb was very responsive which was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the modern, brand new decor! The bedding was very luxurious and comfortable… when you have a rental that is right on the train tracks, you have to try to offset the noise, and the hosts did a great job, offering ear plugs and high tech noise reduction/ white noise machines in each bedroom, which worked great ( I chose the babbling brook setting and slept like a baby). I think the train going by only added to the charm! I wish we could have stayed more than one day, will be back for sure!
