Garden Retreat - Loire Valley

Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

My place is located in Ballan Miré, 5 km from Tours, 10 min from Château de Villandry. Quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the city center. The house has 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with private bathroom renovated in 2018, 1 fitted kitchen renovated in 2018, 1 mezzanine dining room renovated in 2018 and 1 living room renovated in 2022 with pool view. 3000 m² plot with a large swimming pool renovated in 2022 (14 m long) heated with diving board, not overlooked, a petanque court.

In the Indre Valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet and bucolic hamlet on the riverbank, small cottage for 2 people with independent entrance on the ground floor of our art deco villa, with terrace and garden + heated pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner with time slots) + TV in the living room / bedroom with Netflix access included. PS: this furnished accommodation is not specifically equipped to accommodate people with disabilities

Comfortable 40 m² cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.

La Petite Bret Guest House

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!

Two nearby cottages (capacity 18 people) within the Domaine de la Mulotière in Langeais, an ideal base for exploring Touraine, its vineyards and its Châteaux! Guests can access the Château grounds and swimming pool (May – September), shared with other cottages.
