Vacation rentals in Balıklıova

I’ve had many airbnb stays…whether in & outside Turkey but this stay was out of this world. With my family, we spent a fantastic 7-day at the beautifully furnished, well-organized house and we couldnt have felt more at home. Victoria is hosting this beautiful house right at the seafront with her in-laws. Mr Osman and Mrs Semra are one of the kindest, most attentive and considerate people I’ve ever met. They’ve made our stay more memorable with their hospitality & engaging conversations. The place is very well-organized (in terms of amenities & furniture & utilities), has a breathtaking view overlooking the sea, a convenient beach. It is 8km away from the nearest town with shops & supermarkets. 30-40 km away from hotspots like Çeşme & Alaçatı. It has been a delight for us to stay at this place. We will most definitely be back. Special thanks to Osman & Semra for being the most amazing hosts ever!

The garden is extremely beautiful, suitable for barbecue and has a veranda where you can sit with a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a toilet. The house is generally designed in a very stylish and tasteful way. The air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we never got overwhelmed. The sea can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes by car. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been thought of, there is nothing missing – I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They helped us a lot in everything, and made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

An environment that can be preferred by those who want to have a nice holiday experience in a clean and peaceful environment...

We rented the house for 5 days to work remotely as 3 people. It is located in a very quiet and calm environment, which offers a great atmosphere for focusing and relaxing. The architecture of the house was very impressive and everything we needed was available. The garden was very pleasant, and the internet connection was more than sufficient for remote work. There are grocery stores nearby where you can shop, but transportation without a car can be a bit difficult. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. All kinds of needs have been considered in the kitchen. We thank Ms. Aydan very much for her hospitality.
