Vacation rentals with beach access in Balestrate

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Alberto was an excellent host that was proactive so he could be there at the same time to welcome us. He not only welcomed us into the apartment but left us water, wine & coffee and showed us around the area. Beautiful balcony with stunning sunsets over the sea. Fully stocked kitchen. Alberto was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The home is in a quiet area. Wonderful view of the beach from the deck. Beautiful time with kids for a peaceful getaway. The beach is clean, we were often the only guests on it in sight (stay in May). Nathalie is very welcoming. She prepared a home for us and tips for our stay. There were beach toys in the house, which was a big advantage. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodated 7 people (5 adults and 2 children). Alcamo Marine is a good place to relax in Palermo if you're looking for a place close to a sandy beach and a base for Trapani or Palermo. The view of the sea every morning will be reminisced for years ☺️

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace overlooking the sunset over the sea and the mountains. The communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. You are welcome:)

Really lovely apartment - clean, comfortable, great views of the water, breezy and light filled and within easy walking of most things you'll need in Trapani. There is also a green grocer's across the street and alimentari nearby. Beautifully quiet by day but more lively at night (mainly from street noise - cars, motorbikes etc) We found that was easily managed though by closing the windows and turning on the air-con. Fabio is a great host - very friendly and helpful.

A fabulous Apartment in the best location. It is better than the photographs, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The panoramic views are wonderful.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

Fantastic location for the beach and within a short drive to a wide range of restaurants. Rosanna was accessible and very responsive!

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. Vincenza’s Villa is beautiful. We had a delightful stay. The villa has beautiful views, a wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful outdoor seating area. Vincenza was super welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

We had three very nice days at Casa Limon. Werner is a helpful, friendly host. Communication before the trip was great. Werner responds very quickly and gives very accurate information. The place is clean and equipped with everything you might need. The city center and the beach are very easily accessible on foot and you can always find a parking space on the street. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Could not recommend this beautiful Airbnb more! Was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had. The apartment is more beautiful in real life and there is the sweetest little pathway down the beach 2 seconds from the apartment… We had coffee every morning at the little shop at the end of the road and spent our days at Casa Maje - a magical beach club run by very special people. Thank you so much Maria Teresa! This is a very special find and we will absolutely be back! For sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. A great place to stay. In easy walking distance to the centre with lots of great restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home feel. Super comfy beds, good AC, super fast internet and a lovely terrace on the top floor and a small balcony to the main bedroom. Tastefully decorated, with added touches from a great host. The host Serena was very proactive and she offered great suggestions of places to eat. A small supermarket is 1 minutes walk away, as was a great little bakery. The large supermarket was a 5 minutes drive. Ample parking on the street right outside of the apartment, in a quiet area surrounded by local people. I can highly recommend this Airbnb.

Lovely little apartment almost on the beach! Davide was quick to respond to any questions we had, and we were able to find everything without issue. Having a covered parking space is also a significant bonus (but you’ll definitely have an easier time manoeuvring with a smaller car or one with parking sensors).

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to have stayed longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the town with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time

Robertos condo is very nice and the view from balcony to beach and ocean is like painting. Aparment was clean and lots of glasses and other kitchen stuff. No problem to fit 4 adults and 4 kids. Strong recommendation if you are looking for silent place on beach to spend your holiday.
