The overall living area is some 80 sqm with a terrace in front of the house offering beautiful views. A walking trail to Sóller via Binibassi starts right at the plot.The nice terrace in front of ther casita offers woderful views over the Tramuntana mountains and the Sóller valley. The pool (6x3 m) is protected by a fence for children´s safety.
