Vacation rentals with lake access in Balearic Islands

We spent almost a week there. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a fantastic time. Thank you for being such a welcoming host Pablo, both of you :)

This house with its small, charming garden is an oasis in the middle of Alcudia’s touristy hotel district. It is located right by an artificial lake, offering beautiful views from both the shaded terrace and the bedroom. In the garden, there are kayaks that we used in the evenings to go paddling on the lake with the kids. The sea is also very close, so if your main goal is to spend time at the beach, getting there is very easy. The atmosphere of the house is truly homely, with a sense of history. The walls are adorned with art throughout, and the living room features an impressive library, mainly focused on art history, architecture, and nature. The hostess and her musician son are extremely kind and welcoming people. It was a perfect fit for our family, and we truly loved it!

We were eight people, and the house was just right for our needs. Area was peaceful, and within reasonable walking distance from the beach. Antonia was very helpful, and the couple who met us were very friendly. Altogether I can recommend this place.

We are so glad we chose Rosa's place. There were 4 of us staying and the house had plenty of room. It's in an incredible location just across the street from the quietest part of the (amazing) beach. There are alot of amenities close by, grocery stores and restaurants. The back patio looks over the lake, making for wonderful meals outside. Communication with the host and her son was excellent. They were very responsive and gave us great local suggestions. The home was very clean and had all the things you need for a self catered stay. There was even water and beer in the fridge on our arrival. Garbage bags, soap pods and detergent were all on hand at check in. It's these small touches that separate a good place from a great place and this place was fabulous. The house is very well appointed well kept and you could feel the love and care Rosa and her son Toni put into this place. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Mallorca and are looking for a place to stay.

This air BnB is perfect for a stay in Palma. It’s the best of both worlds in terms of location. It’s in a peaceful area with a great view from the terrace and amenities nearby, whilst also only being a 30 min walk to the city centre or a short and affordable taxi journey in! The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and like the photos. Pepe and co were very responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend this spot.

We stayed here as a friend group of 5, and it was the best place we could’ve imagined. It’s walking distance to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, clubs, bus stop, … We had the best time here and were positively surprised about how big the house is and the sun terrace it has! I would 100% come back and can only recommend it!

Le logement était impeccable, propre et très agréable. La localisation est top : une magnifique plage accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, un vrai plus ! Le seul petit bémol, c’est qu’il manquait quelques essentiels à l’arrivée : pas de café, pas de recharge de papier toilette, pas de sopalin, ni de sucre… Ce sont des petites choses qu’on utilise souvent et qui facilitent le début du séjour. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’était une excellente expérience. Merci pour l’accueil !

Had a very good time here. Beautiful and clean appartement, fully equiped. The appartement has recently been renovated and now looks even better than on the pictures here. Easy communication with the host and clear instructions on how to reach. 10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this one.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana alloggiando da David. L’appartamento è molto carino ed è in una posizione ad angolo, quindi sul terrazzo circola sempre un pò di aria molto piacevole. Ci siamo goduti il bellissimo terrazzo e gli spazi dell’appartamento, che è dotato anche di lavatrice e di un secondo balcone dove poter stendere. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutti i servizi ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquillo, poiché affaccia su un giardino interno con piscina. David è stato un host molto presente, si è impegnato al massimo per consigliarci zone, ristoranti e posti da provare, inoltre ci ha fatto trovare un piccolo kit di benvenuto per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In definitiva, consiglio assolutamente e spero di poter tornare presto!

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

Muy contentos de habernos alojado en medio de Pujols al lado de gran oferta gastronómica y a escasos minutos de la primera de tantas playas maravillosas. María fue un host excepcional; muy agradable, siempre predispuesta y cercana, con ganas de ayudar en cuanto le fuera posible. El piso es más que correcto con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Nuestra valoración general ha sido excelente.

Wir hatten 7 wundervolle Tage in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Obwohl es Anfang Juni tagsüber schon ziemlich heiß war, konnte man nachts gut kühl durchlüften. Zusätzlich gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf Menorca kann sehr hoch sein. Vom Balkon (mit Markise) hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Direkt hinter der Wohnung liegt der Pool im sehr schön angelegten und ruhigen Garten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr steil, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Bis zum Meer geht man ca. 20-30 min. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Gasherd (kein Backofen), großer Kühlschrank, Kleingeräte und Waschmaschine, Strandequipment mit Schirm und Fernglas. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, nicht ganz perfekt. Carmen war immer schnell erreichbar, sehr freundlich und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben. Muchas Gracias.

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing week, the apartment is in very chilled surroundings with a lovely pool area in a quiet complex. Great little supermarket on site which caters for everything you might need and 2 nice beaches within a short walk. A number of lovely restaurants too, not so much in the marina area which we weren’t massively keen on but there’s certainly something for everyone close by. Richard was very helpful and responsive, the apartment was clean and had a brand new bathroom with good shower. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back, Menorca is a beautiful island.

This beautiful beach front apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is the added bonus of a separate mini, air conditioned, apartment upstairs. Having visited with a toddler, this time, the travel cot was large and linen provided. The balcony with it's amazing view was spacious with comfortable furniture. However, we only used it a few times with the toddler as the balustrades are spaced quite wide apart. A returning guest we have always found the host friendly and prompt to reply to emails.
