Cozy modern guest house that is central to all of Los Angeles highly desired destinations (View Park/Windsor Hills). The unit is detached and in the rear of the frontal unit (occupied by myself). Only 5 miles from LAX, 7 miles from the heart DTLA, and close to Santa Monica, Silicon and Venice Beaches(The Forum,Nokia,Staples too). The bedroom has a Queen size bed inside and a couch that folds out in the living room. DirecTV(HBO), NetFLIX, and Hulu are installed on the living room TV too (4Free).

Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

I can’t even begin to describe how lovely Christianne is! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at home. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and her two adorable dogs, Scout and Trax, were just the sweetest! The house is lovely, the room is comfortable with a private bathroom. I slept soundly after 15 hours of fangirling Stray Kids at the SoFi Stadium, lol! Christianne also shared her fascinating Indonesian collection with me, which truly made my day. As a foreign student, her words of comfort—reminding me that all immigrants are welcome in the United States—meant so much. It was a beautiful Airbnb experience filled with lovely and comfortable space and heartfelt connection.

Michelle’s place was everything they described. It was a lot more spacious than I thought which is good and had the essentials. The neighborhood looks inviting, although since it’s right by the highway, it can be loud through the walls overnight. Didn’t bother us too much personally. They have a binder with recommendations as well. Michelle herself was responsive which is always good! Overall, experience was pleasant.

The location was great — close to the airport and in a safe neighborhood. Above all, the host Roy and his mother were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed and very convenient to use. The neighborhood felt safe, and parking was easy.
