This Airbnb comes fully stocked with everything you could need, including a full kitchen, 3 TVs, and a washer & dryer. Located half an hour from many popular tourist destinations, such as Toccoa Falls, Athens, & Helen. I do have another 3BR Airbnb that neighbors this one, so if you need more space for additional guests it is available (if not booked)

Great location for visiting Piedmont University. You can see the Soccer/Lacrosse field from the front yard and walk to campus. Great for attending games/visiting your student. It's also a central location that you'll love being so close to Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton, Helen, Cleveland, Wineries, Waterfall hikes, and AT. It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing or chilling by the fire pit.
