You will have easy access to everywhere with public transportation, and its proximity to the sea will allow you to have a pleasant time on the beach. In the city, it offers a botanical setting against the Historic elevator, with bird chirping in the morning.(There is now air conditioning in the bedroom.)

House in the city center. It is in one of the oldest settlements of Izmir. There are many historical buildings and museums in the surrounding area. It is adjacent to the Ethnography Museum, Children's Toy Museum, Agora Ancient City, Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar and Clock Tower. All public transport and the beach are within 5 min walking distance. It is within the boundaries of restoration. For this reason, it is quiet and calm in the evenings. Free park for cars, closed garage for motorcycles.
