A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

It was a total success to stay with Paloma and César, everything was just like the photos. Best of all, the communication was fluid and constant, they recommended many things that were useful to us and the pool is also very large. Very good option.

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! Really a nice, beautifully refurbished apartment in a top location. We were kindly welcomed and there was a welcome package with food, drinks and basic amenities ready for us. The apartment was sparkling clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the center of Platja de l'Arenal! 👌🏼

A wonderful stay at Cumbre Del Sol! Right from the beginning Alfredo was responsive and helpful with recommending places to go. The apartment is clean, well decorated, with a grill for outdoor cooking. The area is a quiet residential complex with 3 pools and a small play park. At times we had the pool to ourselves, usually another couple of a few families. Both pools are only a short walk from the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment is stunning. You will need a car to get around but the nearest grocery store is only about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The area is popular with expats as there is a large international school in Benitachell. There is a decent coffee shop a short drive away near the school. We visited Beniasia restaurant which was fantastic. Close by there is Cala Lleibeg, a stony beach, which was beautiful. A short drive is Cala Moraig, a busier beach but with life guards and perfect conditions for sea swimming! Thank you Alfredo!

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

The apartment is ideally located, a stone's throw from the beach with a great sea view! The apartment is spacious, functional and comfortable. The pluses: the balcony, the location and the view! Free parking is available near the apartment. Cameron is also very responsive in messages.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.
