Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Balatonszabadi

We have been there for two weeks and it has been a very good and relaxing vacation, the house is traditionally renovated but with all the amenities, it has many decorative elements of the time. The area is quiet, peaceful, very polite neighbors, the people in the village are very nice, many spoke very well of Gábor. By car, 10, or 15 or 20 minutes away you have restaurants, wineries, the lake, castles... In the village there is a small supermarket with several things. Gábor was very attentive and polite with us, always concerned to know if we were well and if we were resting. In conclusion, highly recommended to go as a couple or with family to rest. We hope to go again sometime.

We had a perfect stay, thanks to Zoltán, the host, who offered to help a lot with our luggages. The place is nice, we were satisfied with everything, it was clean, private, and cozy. The city centre is about 15 minute walk, but there is a bus connection as well, which helps. Recommend, great place, and flexible host!

Nora was extremely helpful while I was in Balatonmádi. I had my passport taken at the Budapest airport and Nora was my interpreter all the way. Her apartment was wonderful, very much like a comfortable home. It was 40°C the first day I was there but the apartment remained cool.

We had a wonderful time with 2 small children, 10/10. Easy access. The house is very tastefully furnished, everything was there, everything is as in the photos. The garden is breathtakingly beautiful, it is actually a smaller forest, beautiful and well-kept, surrounded all around. The kids really enjoyed being able to interact with the animals on a regular basis. Petra is a great host, always quick and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back.

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

we had a great time. the flat was amazing! we went down with my friends to celebrate my birthday and we had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are fantastic and super clean and the whole place looked much better in person than on the pictures. Also, there was a grill outside we used that was great! and opportunity for fire and bogracs! we definitely will be back !

Erika is kind and very helpful. The train station and beaches are also within walking distance of the accommodation. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, cozy, we had a great time.

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

Very spacious apartment for a reasonable price.

We had a perfect weekend at Melinda's, the house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for 7 people. Everything is available in the yard for a perfect summer evening, barbecue, pool, sun loungers,… we will be happy to book again.

The Vadvirag Apartment is a great place to stay, if you are looking for an accomodation, which is quiet. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and is equipped with everything you need. What we really liked was the big terrace and the swiming pool. Also the smart TV with Netflix was nice to have, so we could chill in the evening with our favourite series :) Laszlo also answered my messages very quickly :) Lake Balaton is about 15-20 minutes walk away, depends where you wanna go. A supermarket and a landromat is less than 5 minutes away, as well as the train station of Balatonaracs. Overall we had a nice and relaxing stay and we would definitly recommend the Vadvirag apartment :)

This place is magical, a beautifully designed, incredibly cozy little house surrounded by peace and quiet, with no cars around. In the mornings, you’re woken up by roosters! The host is super kind and welcoming, and there are great bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

We spent our family vacation in Hungary and stayed 10 days at Zoltan's house. The key handover went smoothly and we got everything explained from his parents. After that, we felt very comfortable, our daughter had many toys available and also our dog was welcome and felt comfortable. The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a vacation. Location was perfect for us. We thank Zoltan for the great time in Hungary and his willingness to help. :)

Are you looking for peace, nature, and a really nice place to unwind? Then this is the place for you! The lovingly furnished apartment is totally idyllic and quiet – perfect for couples who just want to unwind. A beautiful private garden is right by the house. Here you can also barbecue or lie in the hammock. The apartment is superbly equipped, it has everything you need – and a little more. It offers enough space for two, is modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. A parking space right outside the door is of course also included. Bence was always available, super uncomplicated via WA and happy to help – no matter what it's about.

Our little family had a great and comfortable stay in Barbara's house. Everything you need is there and the Balton is around the corner. We felt very comfortable and hope to come back.

An outstanding property! Zoltan is an outstanding host; warm, approachable, highly responsive and super helpful. The apartment is a real gem. It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. The type of place that really adds value to a holiday. The garden is really beautiful too. A product of care and love over a number of years. Highly recommended

A fantastic and peaceful place — there's a grill, sun loungers, a small patio outside covered with grapevines, and a very large garden where our dogs were absolutely thrilled. Everything was clean and ready, and we received clear instructions about our stay. Getting there can be a bit tricky if it’s your first time, so make sure to carefully study the map provided by the host — I didn’t, and had trouble finding the location, which was entirely my fault. The garden offers beautiful views of Lake Balaton, and the opportunity to relax was exactly what we were looking for — and we found it here. We highly recommend this place and hope to return! Had an amazing time! The yurt is so romantic, the land is super private and the panorama is amazing! We went during blue moon and was mesmerized by the view! The yurt is cozy, and can protect from even severe weather even! Walking up to the yurt from the train is a little challenging with the bags, but the experience is worth it!:) Would reccomend it to anyone!
