Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Balatonfűzfő

We had a wonderful time with 2 small children, 10/10. Easy access. The house is very tastefully furnished, everything was there, everything is as in the photos. The garden is breathtakingly beautiful, it is actually a smaller forest, beautiful and well-kept, surrounded all around. The kids really enjoyed being able to interact with the animals on a regular basis. Petra is a great host, always quick and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back.

The house has everything you need, even more spacious than the pictures. Despite the spring weather, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. Szilvi is very kind and flexible, thank you very much for letting us stay here:)

Perfect place to stay to explore the city. It's a short walk to everything. Getting in and parking was easy as well. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Everything was as described!

We enjoyed it very much. The weather was moody. The vibe is very good. We felt very comfortable. Andreas gave us good excursion tips and restaurant recommendations.

we had a great time. the flat was amazing! we went down with my friends to celebrate my birthday and we had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are fantastic and super clean and the whole place looked much better in person than on the pictures. Also, there was a grill outside we used that was great! and opportunity for fire and bogracs! we definitely will be back !

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

The place is absolutely lovely! We loved how quiet and peaceful the surroundings are. It’s small, but very well equipped. It’s great that it has air conditioning, as it got quite hot outside during our stay. The terrace is a lovely addition, it was nice to just enjoy our breakfast outside in the sun. Many tourist attractions, beaches, coffee shops are at a close distance by car. On the topic of cars, you can comfortably park on the grassy area right in front of the gate, which we appreciated a lot. Not a complaint, but just so you know, it can get pretty warm upstairs and running the AC might not help. This was pretty obvious to us, so we just kept the door open with the screen shut so bugs wouldn’t get in and the place cooled down at night to a very comfortable temperature. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting more privacy and a more relaxing environment than what some other places in busier areas might offer.

We had a great time. Nothing was ecstra, but we missed this, we want to go here next time.

Great location, in a picturesque, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. An apartment with unique decor, clean, tidy, all the essentials and amenities available on the property. The host is a very positive person. He showed a lot of commitment, openness, was very helpful, and you could count on him. We felt at home. I would recommend to anyone!

It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Amazing hospitality received by Ivett’s Husband! The place is confirmed to all description. Everything was great. Only thing when the house is full, we can easily hear from other apartments which is tricky when customers don’t behave. I had to ask to put down music coming from Level 1. Thank you for the very very nice stay.

Great place, close to the lake within walking distance, great host, clear instructions

We were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and Máté's helpfulness, flexibility and reception. Balatonfüred was within walking distance, but we still had such a quiet and close to nature accommodation that we loved waking up every morning to the chirping of birds. We would like to return to them in the near future, I did not disappoint us🤩 Thanks again for everything!

I am very happy with the stay , everything as described , the experience staying on the terrace is indescribable, the apartment is very clean and well-equipped and the contact with the host is very good , he immediately responds to messages. The car had its assigned parking space, so it was a big plus , the neighborhood was extremely quiet and the people living on it were very nice. To summarize, based on my own experience, the apartment is located in a beautiful place , the host is very nice, I hope to have the opportunity to come back here again.

We stayed here with our three young kids, and it was perfect! The location is amazing—everything you need is just a short walk away. The private parking spot was super convenient for day trips around the lake to visit other towns. George was really helpful and quick to reply both before we arrived and when we were checking out. Highly recommend!

Balázs was very flexible and helpful throughout. The apartment is sophisticated, clean, comfortable. It's in a great location in the center of the city, yet in a quiet location. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area with lots of things to do. We cycled the path around the lake, swam in Lake Heviz and walked up to the lookout from the house. We ate in a great restaurant recommended by our hosts too. The flat has everything you need - we especially appreciated the washing machine. Hot tub was amazing - we used it every night. Communication was great and we received lots of local tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend. We stayed with children aged 8, 11 and 13.

The place was clean and beautiful, exactly as pictured. We were able to park in the courtyard, which is a separate plus. The climate in the heat was very nice. Since we were with small children, the apartment was not near the boardwalk where people party until the morning. The accommodation is about a 10 minute walk from the open beach. The only downside is that the railroad driveway isn't the easiest way to get through with a stroller, but it's completely fine. Peter was very kind, friendly and helpful. The next time we go on holiday at Lake Balaton, we will definitely be back.
