We loved everything about it!

A good place to stay, very centrally located if you want to go by bus or subway, as you can get around the city using public transportation. If you want to use Uber and go to the beaches, the price is around 40 Reals. At the entrance they were always attentive to the entrance and there were never any problems with delays. Of course, at night it is a place with almost no people (like almost all of downtown Rio) and it is dark. It was not unsafe at any time but keep that in mind. If you want to stay in the center to be close to the classic area of RJ, it's a good place. We walked to the cathedral, arcos de Lapa, escalera de selaron and many other attractions.

Antônio and Tathiana's place is fantastic. Super-equipped house with everything you might need. Well decorated and with direct access to Joatinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region. The view is wonderful and Thatiana is a great host. Thank you!

This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great stay at Maison Ipanema Prime. It was my first time in Rio, and being right next to the water, right next to all of the nice restaurants, grocery stores, and wonderful activities made it very enjoyable. I did a lot of research before coming to Rio and was told to be careful, as some areas may not be safe, but around the BNB and Ipanema as a whole, I never felt unsafe, which put me at ease! Christiane was also very kind and helpful, checking in with me to make sure I was taken care of! All together, I'm glad I stayed here. I had a great time and am looking forward to coming back soon! Also, a big plus was good Wi-Fi!!!!

We loved Leon's loft! Super comfortable, a great location and easy to access. We felt super safe at all times, close to the place there is a place to have lunch, to buy some basic things and everyone is very nice! As it is in a higher place, we chose to always go up by motorcycle taxi, which was quiet and fast. We had an unforeseen event with the shower and Leon, and André, who is co-host, were super helpful and helped us with everything. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Our Flat experience was wonderful. Mariana is easy to communicate with and always very truthful. The location is wonderful and the view from the Flat is one of the things that most enchanted us. I can't help but note the cordiality of the Flat's reception staff. It will definitely be in my top 10 list of favorite places to stay in Rio.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

I believe, without a doubt, that this is one of the best spaces in Copacabana. I explain: new, spacious, clean, very quiet environment; perfect kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). There is hot water in all the faucets and the shower is of great quality. Both air conditioners are new and have clean filters. The whole place is very clean and organized. There's nothing missing! The street is practically inside a village and there's no noise. It is close to the Pão e Companhia bakery - which sells the best cassava biscuits with cheese; the Adega Pérola tavern; many bars, markets and gyms, as well as being less than 100 m from the Arcoverde subway station. Moreover, Gregório is an exemplary host: always available and with daily attention. I will always return, this spectacular space, when I return to Rio, if it is available!!!

I have no words to describe this paradise, I'm in love! I went with a group of friends, we had no problems and in fact the hosts were there 24 hours a day to answer any questions we had. I'll definitely be back more often!

It was a great stay, the condominium is excellent, I highly recommend it for those looking for tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, it has everything you need and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet for walking, places with good value for money, pharmacy. The view from the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Reserva Beach (10 minutes by bike from Itaú, which is next door), which is surreal in its beauty!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that works until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near downtown Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite to me, towels, bedding, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in RJ was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

Alexandre is a great host! Organized, clean and well-located apartment, with bars, restaurant, pharmacy and market nearby. Beautiful beach in front of the residence. A 10 for you Alexandre!!!

The hotel is a very cozy, clean and quiet place. I always come to this hotel because of that. Just a tip, ask beforehand if the recreational areas are open, so it doesn't happen like it did to me, where I was only informed after the purchase.

I would first like to thank Mr Luiz, a great host. Deu several tips throughout our lodging, indicating Restaurants, Beaches, tours, among others 😊 Very proactive, polite, friendly and flexible. Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏
