The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

The guesthouse is also strategically located to enjoy a tranquil getaway in the Costa Brava region, while also having access to beaches 30 mins; Girona 30 mins; and Barcelona 60 mins.

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

The patio house

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

NEW FOR 2025: wood-fired hot tub! Come hideaway in the private poolside apartment of Mas Clot d'en Guardia, our beautiful 15th century farmhouse, nestled in the heart of the wooded Tech Valley. Located 5 km from the ancient abbey city of Arles-sur-Tech, on an unpaved track, we are ideally placed for hikers, mountain bikers and gravel or road cyclists. We are on the Pirinexus route and customers are welcome to use our onsite bike workshop if needed.

We are in the heart of the protected area ″Les Gavarres ″, a series of hills of Mediterranean forest between Girona and Costa Brava.
