Great stay in a wonderful place. We are under the spell of both Guadeloupe and the villa. It is very quiet, very well located on Basse-Terre. Erwan and Joëlle are very friendly and caring hosts while remaining very discreet. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). We recommend Erwan and Joëlle and their beautiful villa.

The house is beautifully decorated. We loved a little outdoor pool. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and there were very few people on the beach. There are a few restaurants at the beach and also a number of restaurants 10 minutes drive away. We did canyoning and snorkeling tours, which had starting point 20 minutes drive from the house. The Botanical Garden, which was a highlight of our trip, also located 12 minutes see away. Overall, it is very conveniently located, uniquely decorated and safe place to stay.

Great stay at Daniele's, beautiful place, comfortable, peaceful,beautiful vegetation. Daniele is a very welcoming person, generous, who loves sharing, listening, and good tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. I will not forget Michel her equally pleasant husband, a big thank you to both of you. Go there with your eyes closed.

Very welcoming, very flexible and very attentive host. Impeccable, peaceful and well-equipped house. Amazing sea views. Very nice pool. There is everything to feel good in the accommodation. We used to stay in Saint-François and chose the west coast on Basse Terre for once. The choice was perfect: perfect weather, lush greenery and much more wild, many activities (hiking, snorkeling with turtles, diving...). The villa is perfectly located with one of the best views we have had the opportunity to see. The sunsets were sumptuous.

An expectional, beautiful, spacious well equipped home. The rooms and bathrooms, the pool etc, it was all lovely. We felt at home the moment we stepped in. Cedric was an excellent host and the communication was great. I look forward to staying there again and wish Cedric all the best.

What a pleasure! We were captivated by the view... During the day, a splendid view - sailboats, the reserve, the reliefs and the blue sea as far as the eye can see - at night, stars endlessly... The accommodation is neat, everything is beautiful and harmonious, a sought-after design... A large, beautiful and so pleasant pool (and what a view;)) A few days after my booking, a small photo received to show me the good weather and make us want... very nice! Really clear and complete explanatory videos... No complaints... In view of this exceptional property and the work done by the owners, we paid attention to it, but what a job! We were won over, we would have stayed longer... Just specify no sunscreen in the pool, but with children's UV t-shirt; Ras. In short, a real pleasure in a real beautiful house! Thank you PS: we are bragged about the turtles of Malendure; it's not a legend! What a joy!

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also great. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

Brilliant listing just a 10 min walk or 2 min drive to Deshaies. Excellent property and perfectly equipped. Perfect base for our family (x3 children 8yrs old and under) for a week. The tips and local recommendations shared on arrival were also excellent. Great stay and we would have no hesitation staying again.

We had a great time at Daniel and Sylvie's. For four, what space! A real house, very well arranged, with a sublime view of the sunsets 🌅 (the weather was not very kind but we were able to admire a few!). The bedding is excellent, the location is very quiet, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The house is rented with a dog and 2 or 3 lovely country cats who roam freely, beware of people who fear animals! Air conditioning is available at night, and in the early afternoon. Hot water is dependent on daily sunshine. Perfect stay in Bouillante, with turtles 🐢 just down the house! We'll be back with pleasure! Thanks Sylvie!

Calypso Bay, one word: BEAUTIFUL A breathless view! Every morning is a pure delight and the sunsets are just as… The house is very beautiful, very clean, very well arranged There's no shortage of anything! Each has their own bedroom, their own bathroom An open and well equipped kitchen . We also loved the company of the little birds who came to make cuckoos, robins, hummingbirds, square-tailed turtledoves… Great exchange with Fanny, the owner, and Laurence. When we arrived, a fruit basket was waiting for us as well as some groceries, which was appreciated because we arrived on a Sunday late. A welcome booklet, super complete! A very nice week on Basse-Terre …

Nathalie is a very responsive, friendly host. The space was perfect. No disappointment. The setting is beautiful as well as the house. We had a great vacation in Guadeloupe staying at the Anjou Creole villa. The house is ideally located, very pleasant to stay in and perfectly equipped. Carine is a thoughtful host, who provides everything necessary for the arrival as well as a very practical manual with all the explanations about the villa, the activities to do nearby and her personal recommendations. She is also very responsive when needed. We would also like to highlight the warm welcome from Philippe as well as the kindness and availability of Valérie, the villa's concierges. We would definitely recommend this property!

Everything comes together for a pleasant and relaxing vacation: Very friendly welcome, modern villa, clean, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Spacious enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably. The pool and garden are a real plus!! Finally, our hosts were very accommodating to allow us to make the most of the villa on the first and last day. We were delighted with our stay in this peaceful haven.

First trip to Guadeloupe, and we were totally charmed. Villa Kanisi is a beautiful, clean and well-equipped home. My family and I enjoyed all the amenities: the three bathrooms, the pool, the beautiful terrace and the open area on the ground floor. The villa is well located (near a small supermarket and not far from the main roads), which allowed us to explore the island with confidence. At Villa Kanisi, you'll feel at home, with the added bonus of sun and palm trees. A big thank you to Régis for hosting us and for his availability!
