Located 7 minutes from Destreland Shopping Center and Jarry, 13 minutes from Pointe à Pitre, 17 minutes from "Datcha" Beach (Gosier), 14 minutes from Viard Beach and Lézard River and 30 minutes from Sainte-Anne.

It is located on a gated property comprising three dwellings guarded by our dog Phoebe, overflowing with love. Ideally located in the center of the island in Baie Mahault, between Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre, close to all amenities and entertainment, this elegant accommodation is however quiet, on the edge of the countryside. Linens and towels are provided.

This was my first visit to Guadeloupe and I loved the island and where Ludvik's place. All the necessary amenities were provided and he responded to my requests immediately. Clean house and rooms. Pool was pristine. The area was great and allowed me to go to either side of the island. You will need a vehicle though. Will recommend to anyone who is travelling on a budget.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with a patterned blanket and decorative wall hangings. A window allows natural light to enter, complemented by light curtains. A wooden shelf stands against the wall, with a round mirror adding depth to the space.

Anaïs's place is really great. The residence is quiet, clean and secure. The apartment is very nice, with a large connected TV that adds a plus. The terrace is very well decorated and gives a certain charm to the apartment. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and I'm not saying that lightly! The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is functional. You can book without a second thought.

I spent the Easter weekend there and would highly recommend it. The bungalow is in a very quiet area where you can rest without worries. Livio is a really nice, friendly and responsive host. He welcomed us with a good planter and accras for the occasion. It's an Airbnb that's super well-equipped, frankly we didn't miss anything whether in the kitchen or bathroom, everything is already there. The pool is a big plus with a temperature that's always just right. A great weekend, I'll be back as soon as possible.

I loved my stay at this place! Everything was very clean, pleasant and as advertised. As a bonus, I was given a delicate attention on arrival: a fresh baguette, fruit, a bottle of water, coffee, sugar and jam. A real plus that makes a difference! The only small downside would be the check-in time at 4pm, a little late, especially with a check-out at 11am. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it!

The accommodation is really at its BEST++ Everything as described! The house is very spacious, decorated with great taste...everything is there!!! We are "at home"; everything was well thought out in the house to make the stay very pleasant!! Very nice little touches: a basket of delicious fruits upon our arrival, small products available in the bathrooms, towels nicely presented on the beds….! Really the BEST!! A very well made welcome booklet is also present with recommendations, ideas for outings...! The location in Baie Mahault is really great, it's perfect for visiting the island!! Also, Leïla was really nice during our exchanges!!!! We are delighted with our stay!! I would totally recommend this property!!!
