Vacation rentals with beach access in Baia Verde

Lucci d’Oriente superó nuestras expectativas. El departamento es amplio, alegremente decorado y está equipado con absolutamente todo: no falta nada. Desde cada ventana se ve el mar, como si estuvieras dentro de él. La terraza con acceso directo al mar es un verdadero privilegio. Subir desde allí hasta el departamento requiere algo de esfuerzo, pero vale totalmente la pena. Es ideal para una familia con hijos, muy cómodo y funcional. Santa Cesarea Terme es tranquila, con algunas opciones para comer liviano y disfrutar un helado. El estacionamiento al lado es gratuito si hay lugar, y muy accesible si se paga. Rita y Stefano fueron anfitriones excepcionales: atentos, amables y siempre disponibles. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Antonio. C’est la maison des vacances par excellence ! Une super vue mer, une terrasse et une maison très agréable. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Antonio nous a accueilli parfaitement et s’est montré très disponible. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

O apartamento com vista mar é simplesmente um luxo. Espaçoso e confortável com cozinha e banheiro modernos.

Es war wirklich perfekt. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Fotos, einfach ein Traum. Luciano war ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber der uns mit zahlreichen Tipps versorgt hat und stets erreichbar war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder sein Appartement buchen und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter. Einige plus Punkte: -Sehr hohe Räume für ein einzigartiges Raumklima -Klimaanlage -Badezimmer mit Fenster zum Lüften -Sehr hell -Super Lage - zentral und dennoch ruhig -Sehr sauber - gratis Parkplätze in den umliegenden Gassen - Innen wie neu -Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien …alles da was man braucht! Har haft en helt fantastisk vecka i detta boende. Kände oss direkt som hemma från det varma välkomnandet av Daniela och Valentino vid incheckningen. Boendet var mycket rent och tillhandahöll med allt och lite till som vi kunde behöva. Boendet är beläget med fantastisk panoramautsikt över havet, mycket nära till vattnet, flera olika stränder och badplatser. Boendet ligger mitt emellan två byar med utsökta restauranger och cafeér på varje sida. Vi är mer än nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka hit.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Nous avons absolument adoré cette petite maison, un vrai coin de paradis! Ce que les photos ne permettent pas de voir est que la petite maison se situe sur une colline avec un magnifique jardin + vue sur la mer ainsi que des champs d'oliviers et de fleurs / herbes sauvages entourant la maison. Il est également possible de suivre des très beaux petits sentiers dans les champs depuis la maison. Le logement est très bien équipé et la cuisine tout à fait fonctionnelle. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement: de nombreuses belles plages sont à proximité et il est très facile de se déplacer dans les villages / villes alentours. Bref, nous recommandons à 100%!!

Antonio und Lina sind wunderbare freundliche Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern, sehr empfehlenswert! Die Altbauwohnung ist süß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und wenn es warm draußen ist, auch hell. Wir waren Ende März dort und das Wetter war anfangs sehr kalt und regnerisch. Aber wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im traumhaften Gallipoli.

Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen von Otranto - absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns als kleine Familie mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nando hat uns persönlich begrüßt, wir konnten die Wohnung sogar schon vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit beziehen. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke bereit und die Unterkunft war makellos sauber sowie vollständig ausgestattet - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die großzügige Dachterrasse, auf der man entspannte Nachmittage und laue Abende mit Blick über die Dächer genießen kann. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Restaurants und der Altstadt entfernt. Kurzum: eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Otranto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nous avons été charmé par ce petit coin de paradis. Lit confortable, espace immaculé, fonctionnel pour cuisiner et parfait pour relaxer à l’extérieur. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des vélos puisque le village est tout près. Andrea nous a fait d’excellentes suggestions pour les restaurants.

This was an ideal place for the beach and restaurants . Such a vibrant old town with lovely shops and lots of places to eat .

Wie haben hier sehr entspannte Tage verbracht. Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft schön. Der Pool ist perfekt um sich zu erfrischen und es gibt auch zwei Außenduschen. Zum Meer sind es 2 min zu Fuß und bis in die Bucht Acquaviva ungefähr 6 min. Für den Felsstrand unbedingt eine weiche Decke mitnehmen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Of all our European travels over the last few years this is perhaps the best apartment we have stayed at! Incredible location with tons of character. Bonus: breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace! Comfy beds (1 Firmer & 1 Memory Foamlike) and excellent AC when you need it. This apartment is close to everything in Old Town, great shops and restaurants and you can catch a bus and be at a beautiful beach in less than 30 minutes ☀️ Emanuela is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to any of our communications. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ne-am bucurat foarte mult de condițiile oferite de locuința lui Alberto, ne-am simțit foarte bine în liniștea de dinaintea sezonului turistic. Din Marina di Mancaversa se ajunge ușor în localități precum Gallipoli sau Santa Maria di Leuca... de asemenea, poți să vezi într-o zi multe dintre stațiunile turistice de pe coasta Ionică din Sud (Torre San Giovanni, Torre Suda, Torre Mozza, Torre Pali, Torre Vado, Pescoluse, Lido Marini).

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. Ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub. Von der ersten bis zur letzten minute. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, Giorgio hat uns sogar zum Parkplatz begleitet, immer erreichbar, auf jede Frage eingegangen und jeden Wunsch erfüllt Sehr gutes Frühstück und wertvolle Empfehlungen für unternehmungen und gutes Essen - einfach nur empfehlenswert

Fantastisch verblijf. Hartelijk ontvangen met uitgebreide tips wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Appartement was zeer netjes en goed voorzien van spullen om zelf een maaltijd te maken. Zwembad erg schoon en een heel mooi uitzicht over het gebied. Ontbijt was erg goed; enorme variatie aan hartige en zoete etenswaren. Verblijf sterk aanbevolen.

Loved my experience here. Beautiful location. People are friendly in the building and surrounding area. Giovanni is warm and communicative. There was coffee and other necessities to cook. I hope to make it back there one day. Thank you Giovanni.
