Everything super organized! Everything available that your heart desires from small welcome snacks to the nice receptionist to the frozen cooling sleeve for the champagne or wine. We were particularly enthusiastic about the lovingly and detailed folder with all the instructions for using the devices such as TV, light, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, etc. Many great tips for excursions, restaurant, etc. Also the pool area, which can be shared, was a dream from the cleanliness to the nice service to more than enough loungers. All around a great stay😁

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need, nice neighbor cat (: very quiet and secluded location, you should have a car. Supermarkets for groceries nearby and easy to reach. Wonderful location by the sea overlooking the cliffs and sunset. For those interested, there is a calisthenics park in the city park in Sardina.

We were very pleased with our stay at Paula's. The large terrace and the great view of the ocean from the apartment are simply great. The apartment has enough space for two people and the kitchen had everything to prepare simple dishes. Paula was a friendly hostess and always responded quickly to messages. In addition, the apartment was a good starting point for excursions in the north. I'd love to come back.

We had an absolutely amazing week in Maspalomas! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a breathtaking view that we never got tired of. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this destination!

We felt very comfortable here during our multi-day stay at the end of February. Communication with Carlos was excellent without being intrusive. The accommodation provided us with everything we had hoped for for our short vacation. We were able to cook something ourselves, but also find good restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and were interested in watching the busy ferry operation. All in all, we liked the apartment, location and location very much, so we would certainly seek refuge there again as soon as it takes us back to Gran Canaria.

Maria offers quality accommodation, very well located in the south of the island. The environment is generally quiet. It is close to a private beach and a supermarket for those who simply want to stay there and enjoy the climate, and close to the expressway for those who want to discover the island, which was our case. Maria offers free parking access which is a real asset in this part of the island. Last but not least, Maria is attentive, super responsive to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to book this place especially if you're with your family. The architecture is well thought out for the young and old alike. Everyone can live at their own pace!

Loved this condo. Comfy bed and very clean. Nice linens. Enjoyed the keyless entry. Appreciated the wine and coffee. The building is quiet. Loved the view of the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Area is very peaceful and calm. I hope to visit again.

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. Lovely place, well equipped and comfortable in a relaxed and safe feeling family area. It’s a little quiet so better to have a car to get about although the buses are good I understand and you can walk (along a main road) about 10 minutes to supermarkets and a few restaurants in a nice setting nearby. Parking a little tricky but we always found something a few minutes walk away, even over busy weekends. There is everything you need in the apartment and the view with the palm trees, sea and pool is lovely. The pool is very clean and nice. An easy place to relax and base from. The tide on the beach was quite high we were told this is why there wasn’t much sand and more rocks whilst we were there, but it didn’t matter as we went out and had the nice pool also. Antonella was good communicating with us and when we were delayed on arrival getting our car at the airport she made arrangements for our check in with a neighbour.

The property is located in a very good area, with access to the beach and the promenade. Everything you need is 5 min away: supermarket, bars, restaurants…. The apartment is very nice and the stay was unbeatable. Very good service too. We'll be back for sure.

A beautiful apartment with fantastic views directly of the beach and the sea. The place is beautifully decorated, has everything you need. We felt right at home. The location is great, the beach is within easy reach. There are some good restaurants and shopping nearby. I can only recommend the place.

The accommodation was amazing. Everything looked just like I saw it in the photos. The apartment was clean, tidy and with an amazing view of the ocean. We also appreciated the pool, which is part of the apartment rental. I haven't met a host like Max in a long time. He is very helpful, he advised us on everything, he was kind and always available when we needed something. As a big bonus, I perceive that he left us in the apartment longer on the day of departure, due to a later flight, without any problem. I felt right at home. Thank you, Max! And we look forward to seeing you next time!

Tor’s place was really lovely and had a great view of the sea! The pool was super clean and quiet and got great sun all day.

I recommend if you don't need a hotel breakfast or other services. Shop nearby...restaurants nearby...taxi nearby...peaceful...good choice if you want to vacation in peace

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

it's really a perfect place to stay. The terrace is spacious with plenty of shade and privacy. You'll walk to the beach in no time. We thought the beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Luis thank you. For us it couldn't be better. Hopefully see you soon.
