The apartment is located on the first floor, small staircase up to the entrance, seven steps. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Swedish Fair, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg it is exactly 1000 meters walking path.

Central apartment

Cozy apartment, quiet area, but close to town. Free private parking just outside. Five minutes to bus and tram that takes 10 minutes to central Gothenburg. There is a double bed in the bedroom that is 180 cm and a deep sofa in the living room that works great as a sleeping place. Kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine with associated capsules and cooking facilities. Glazed balcony with sun from 12 noon. There is also a café, restaurant and grocery store about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
