Javea duplex apartment a few meters from the sea!!

One apartment/attached to second line of the sea, 3-5 mins walk. It is very well located with the Mediterranean promenade next door along with beach bars and restaurants. The rocky beach on the promenade is accessible. The Nou Fontana canal is a few steps away and walking along the canal about 8 minutes away is El Arenal Beach and its shopping and dining areas. It has a large private garage. The common area is spacious and comfortable. The apt communicates directly with the pool and also does not overlook the west.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.
