This apartment convinces above all by one thing: the magnificent panoramic view of the nearby mountains. But that's not all, because the spacious apartment over two floors is modern and high-quality equipped. The whirlpool bath and the mostly Swiss stone pine beds invite you to relax, a cot and a high chair are available on request. All rooms are flooded with light and due to the location, particularly quiet. The house consists of three apartments spread over four floors. On each level there is at least one living room/ bedroom and/ or living room/ dining room. We have already rented many apartments ourselves and have therefore oriented ourselves to our own, rather demanding needs. With us you will find high-quality equipment with many extras, which we do not charge separately at the moment. There are no single rooms in the classic sense. However, there are many different sleeping options: - in the attic: room with two single beds, usable as a double bed (single mattresses, 90*190 with fixed foot section) Gallery with two single beds, usable as a double bed (single mattresses, 90*200) and a sofa (usable as a mattress storage (two beds, for children depending on age also three or four) Bathroom with toilet, whirlpool and washing machine Building services room (not accessible to guests) Two beanbags - panoramic floor (2nd floor): Canopy bed (two single mattresses, 90*200) two couches with up to two beds each (pocket spring mattress plus separate mattress topper, lying area approx. 110*200) WC Bathroom with WC Kitchen with dining table for about four people Living room with dining table for about ten people Two lounge chairs Each of the three apartments has its own access. The house has a locking system, so that even combinations of apartments can be booked and committed with a key. By phone, Whatsapp almost always available. In addition, we have a housekeeping team, which is available by arrangement and, if necessary, for a fee for further services. The nearest neighbors live about 200 meters away, the place Alpirsbach itself starts only about 700 meters. The house is wonderfully lonely on a south-facing slope in the forest overlooking the Kinzig Valley. By car and train you can arrive wonderfully, both in the south and north direction easily accessible. Experience for yourself, pictures can not really reproduce the unique atmosphere in the middle of the forest and view into the Kinzig Valley 1:1. We look forward to your visit!

Romantic Apartment with Balcony in the Heart of a Town

Gaze out from this beautiful balcony with flowers and you will see the downtown, and the Black Forest mountains in the background. Reading a book with glass of local wine in the sunset is just a dream. Apartment has high ceilings, big windows, plenty of day light, parquet floors. Cozy atmosphere, Laura Ashley style with floral wallpaper and good furnishings. TV facility, free internet, fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping room has king-size bed, working table and a big wardrobe. Living room with balcony contains sleeping sofa for two. The bath is cozy, has towels, all toiletries. As I already mentioned, appartment is designed, decorated and renovated will love and care to all details. Whole bath sanitary technic (WC/shower/lavatory) is new. You have fresh slepers, shampoo, shower gel, hygiene accessories, towels, etc in the bath. Whole appartment is at your disposal. Laundry is downstairs . Owner of appartment lives very close by, what gives you as a guest the opportunity to better organise your cultural programme and logistic matters. The apartment is on a quiet street close to the 'Thermal Area' and all the must-sees of Baden-Baden. It's just 80 meters to the central square, Augustaplatz, with an evangelical church, congress hall, fountains, great restaurants, and a supermarket. Main central Bus station is just in about 100m down the street, on Augustaplatz. It gives you all possible connections, one of which is direct bus line to Railway Station (Bus 201). !! Very important: city tax 3,8 EUR/person/day (18+) must be paid extra. Please consider that. Shuttle service from/to the airport is offered for extra charge (pls request). Exclusive with sauna in the idyllic Feissenhof

The guests have the entire middle floor at their complete disposal. The lower floor is temporarily occupied by the owner as long as no guests are present. In addition, the entire property (approx. 1 hectare) is available. This is completely fenced. There is also a swimming pond, which invites you to swim in the summer. The wood-heated bathtub and barrel sauna are also exclusively available for the guests. The apartment and the entire property are entirely yours. If you have any questions, I am reachable by phone. It may happen that necessary work is carried out in the garden (e.g. snow removal). The small town of Schönwald with 2400 inhabitants is in the heart of the Black Forest. It is one of the most idyllic corners of this natural paradise and is known for its pleasant climate. The Feissenhof is located just under two kilometers outside Schönwald. In Schönwald you will find all the facilities for your daily needs and the tourist information. In the northern neighboring village of Triberg are Germany's highest waterfalls as well as a train station with connection to the Black Forest Railway.
