I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, and fully equipped with everything i needed. The location is perfect, close to everything and peaceful. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended, and I would love to come back!

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the famous sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes' walk and if you get the appropriate parking app for the stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with the public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. The contact with the landlord was also quick and straightforward.

Absolutely great apartment, location is ok but public transport is in walking distance and easy to get around. saska was ace. The only problem we had was initially the key to get in the block was missing but this was swiftly resolved. Pub over the road was welcome relief 😄

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was just as described - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

This is a lovely apartment with a big terrace, well equipped and nicely furnished, with everything that a family of four might need. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of shops and a bakery nearby. Very easy to get to the center of Vienna, public transport stations are a few minutes away from the apartment. The parking space in the garage is much appreciated. Last but not least, Thomas and Silke are superkind hosts, very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure staying at their place and we would definitely stay here again when in Vienna!

Outstanding apartment; we highly recommend it! Gorgeous, well-decorated, very clean, super comfortable, loaded with absolutely everything you could ever need. We felt so at home here. The beds, pillows, and blankets were comfortable in a luxurious way. They left us so many extra towels and we appreciated that. The kitchen was fully stocked with all pots, pans, dishes and supplies we could think of - it was like a real home kitchen. This place is wonderful in every way. Book it!

The perfect place to stay in Vienna! The interior was cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The host, Tarkan, was always ready to help and gave very clear instructions to find the apartment. There is a beautiful park nearby and a metro stop into the town centre only 3-4 minutes away. We had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here again if we return to Vienna!

The apartment is very nice and cozy … it is located in a lively neighborhood with many shops, cafes, etc. Since we arrived by train, we especially liked the excellent public transport connections. No matter where you want to go, there is always a tram, a bus, a train… We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend the apartment!

Super nice location. will definitely come back. there are delicious restaurants in the street and you really stay within walking distance of the city center. Tina is very helpful. Car parked in a garage on Tina's advice for only €4.40 per day. We are super satisfied and would love to come back again. Really worth recommending.

Everything was as described. Lots of space and everything in a great condition. Very near all the tourist places but calm neighbourhood.

We were in Vienna for 3 days at the end of May and stayed in Gerhard's apartment. The apartment is located in Vienna Meidling, but is very well connected to the center by subways, etc. There are numerous shopping facilities including the Meidlinger Markt. The area is quiet, the people are friendly. The apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms, one of which is very small but cozy. We had two more cold days and were happy to be able to turn on the heating briefly in the evening. I highly recommend Gerhard's apartment.

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

It was a great decision to take this dwelling on the 17th floor! Great view, everything you need, the pool is fantastic! The connection to the U3 is easily accessible on foot! Even was super helpful and easy to reach! The apartment is equipped with the most important things! We loved it, even our 80-year-old mom!

We loved Even's house. The pool was great. The house was exactly as described. There were only two coffee machines. It would be nice to have as many as the number of days we will stay. Thank you, we will come again

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Very welcoming hosts and the location is excellent, being 3-4 minutes from the train station, and from there in 15 minutes we arrived in Vienna. The apartment has a gorgeous garden and is close to the forest. The biggest plus were the two gorgeous and loving huski. I would definitely come back!☺️

Everything was great – a big thank you to the hostess for her flexibility and spontaneity! She even allowed us a late check-in at 12:00 am, which is really not a given. A later check-out would also have been possible, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and really had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and you felt comfortable right away. The location is also great: In the building itself there is a Billa and several restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The connection with public transport is also very good. The infinity pool on the 31st floor was a highlight – unfortunately, we could only use it briefly due to the weather. The view from the apartment on the 12th floor is also beautiful, despite the proximity to Tower 3. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly at all times. We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time!

Very conveniently located apartment, the apartment is located in a very nice area, supermarket, drugstore and restaurants are right around the corner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the apartment is also large enough for families. The landlords were super nice.

We had a very nice weekend at the place! Everything was straightforward and there are 2 very sweet rabbits in the garden. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Perfect for a city trip, the U3 Erdberg is just around the corner and so you are in the city center in a few minutes. The accommodation is high-quality, you feel comfortable and the pool on the 31st floor is another highlight.
