Sweet Apartment at the famous Park
The apartment, furnished in a modern design, is located directly on the Lichtentaler Allee/Klosterwiese of Baden-Baden. The approximately 28 square meter apartment has a living room with an old wooden floor, dining kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Facilities include also: cooker with induction hob, coffee maker (Tschibo Cafissimo), kettle, dishes, satellite TV, music system with CD player, free wireless access (since 10/2012 DSL6000). The Non smoking apartment is situated on the ground floor of an old building with three parties. The courtyard is at the guests disposal. Bicycles can be parked there as well. Children are welcome! A travel cot can be placed on request! A tax is payable for private visits at the time of EUR to 3.80 per night per person. In front of the house there is a bus station, from which it is 5 minutes to downtown, or 20 minutes to the train station. The best way to the old town / Thermal Pools, the spa, theater, the Burda museum is of course through the beautiful avenue, just outside the front door in about 15 minutes. Other attractions such as the Geroldsauer waterfalls, the vineyards, the Black Forest Road, the Murg Valley can be reached from here.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.
