In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. Boat house / The boat house

A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton at the foot of Badacsony, with a wood heated tub and a private boat. Two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shaded terrace on the ground floor with comfortable relaxing furniture, mobile grill in the garden, cauliflower. Our house is located at the Balaton lake, next to the famous Badacsony wine region. Just a few minute walk to the private boat, and you can enjoy a day on the lake. Garden with barbecue, a full equipped kitchen, wooden hot tub.

Káli Cottage Guesthouse

Nyaralónk a Balaton-felvidéken, a Káli-medence közepén, a festői Mindszentkállán található, sétatávolságra a bolttól, fagyizótól és autóval 10 percre kedvenc strandjainktól. A faluból indul több túra- és biciklis útvonal, visszaérkezve meleg étel és hideg szörp, fröccs várja a túrázókat a Káli-Kapocsban. A régi kőházat a felújítás során olyan otthonná alakítottuk, ahol mi is szívesen nyaralnánk, 2-4 fő számára ideális. A tágas kert tökéletes családi focizásra, sütögetésre vagy lustálkodásra.

It is located in the famous wine area of Badacsony and in the immediate vicinity of the Káli-basin, acclaimed for its culinary character. There are many outstanding wineries and restaurants closeby, at the same time the area is most suitable for excursions through fields & forests as well. And the lake is only 5 minutes away!

Cheerful fully renovated 3 bedroom house

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
