The apartment is located right in the middle of the Allgäu in direct proximity to the Alps. Whether hiking or skiing, it is usually only 30 minutes by car. The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our house is in a medium sized place called Türkheim. Since the house is located on the outskirts and it is only three min. to the A96, it is ideal for tourists and fitters. The sights such as the Allgäu mountains, Füssen, Schwangau and the royal castles can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The state capital of Munich and its highlights can also be reached within 45 minutes by car. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Staudentraum vacation home

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Our house is located on the tranquil outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, LEGOLAND Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberger Ritterspiele? There you will be in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the Spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.
