Vacation rentals with a patio in Bad Steben

There were four of us at Tim's place over the long Pentecost weekend. Despite the really cheap accommodation price, we received a few small welcome gifts, such as wine and fruit. In addition, all the utensils you need are available in the kitchen, such as baking paper, coffee filters, etc. The apartment is quite small, but well laid out and above all sweetly furnished and decorated. The area is quiet, as the apartment is behind the house and thus away from the street. In the small village itself, you cannot do so much, but you can reach Bad Staffelstein, Bamberg or Coburg in a short time by car.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment right away. Heidi welcomed us warmly and was very proactive when we needed support. The apartment offers everything to feel comfortable for several days and the area is beautiful for hiking. We will be happy to come back here.

We liked the apartment very much, it is nice, clean and practically furnished. We felt right at home. The amenities are significantly more extensive than in many more expensive apartments. You can get to a tram stop in a few minutes, but you can also walk straight from the apartment into the countryside. The communication was hassle-free. We lacked nothing, we will certainly come back when we are in the area.

Cozy, compact room in a beautiful remote setting. The room has everything needed to stay overnight. With privacy and views over the garden. If you need more kitchen space, you will find it one floor down in the outdoor kitchen. Eckart was friendly and we felt welcome right away. Perfect for those looking for a place to sleep nearby or time in nature.

We were here for the second time and again completely satisfied! 🤗 The place is very clean, lovingly decorated and absolutely family-friendly – ideal for a relaxing vacation with a child. The surroundings in Franconian Switzerland are beautiful and perfect for excursions with the whole family – whether hiking, small discovery tours or leisurely walks. The hosts Irmgard and Roman are incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. They are also happy to give great tips for things to do in the region. We felt very comfortable again and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Patrick’s place! Apartment is equipped with everthing that can be needed during the stay. We were welcomed with small treats, fresh fruits and snack for kids. We loved the place and the owners and will definitely come back. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed at Arthur’s placed with our 3 year old and felt like home right upon arrival. There were toys and books available for our little one. Also the apartment had a high chair, travel cot, toddler dishes and so on provided which was really helpful and convenient. The apartment is well located in a very quite neighborhood. Grocery shopping is just a walking distance. We arrived with our car and there was more than enough parking space available. The apartment is very well equipped and everything we needed was available. It’s newly renovated, modern and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and enough blankets and pillows provided which was important for us. We definitely recommend Arthur’s place and whenever we come back to Bayreuth we will stay there.

Lovely tiny house, exactly as described and designed with a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of great hiking routes around, hosts are very communicative and helpful. I had some trouble sleeping due to how warm the bedroom gets and the large number of mosquitoes and other insect friends that found their way in, but that is to be expected when you’re surrounded by forest.

Sandar and Hans are very nice - we had no problems at arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The house is in a well-maintained condition and very clean. The kitchen was great! The communication was top notch. The house has a quiet and private location - beautiful view of the village. The surroundings are very nice and great for short hiking tours. The garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Shopping and restaurants in Großbreitenbach are about 8 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. We will be back!

We were with our baby and our dog in Andreas' vacation home to simply relax as new parents. Long walks in nature are also possible with strollers, as the path is paved. The place was very cozy and modernly furnished. Andreas is a very friendly and likeable host. If anything comes up, you can reach him anytime. We had a very nice extended weekend!

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The garden at the back, which is fenced, is also particularly great for dog owners. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Very nice place to stay, everything as shown in the listing. Especially for our children. The garden is fantastically beautiful, well maintained, quiet and at the same time a private playground for the little ones. Also in the house everything you need and also here great play opportunities for the children. We also loved the information on beer gardens, restaurants and excursion destinations. In general, there is a lot to do in the beautiful region. Thanks also to Birgit and Kalle who always helped us with advice and action. Very friendly hosts! Thanks for the wonderful time.

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

Everything is available for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, freezer, oven, and stove. Handy the table between kitchen and living room. TV with Netflix, etc. Internet is fine for laptop work. Internet good throughout the apartment. Bedroom and bed are fine. Easy to park your car in front of the house. Stores nearby. What to do? Within 1 hour drive Weimar, Erfurt (Saturday market), Gotha and Arnstad, Saalfeld, Coburg. On the way back, stop and rest in the nature, forests, hills and fields. Thuringia has turned out to be a positive surprise, certainly worth repeating.

The apartment was very nice, everything quite new, modern bathroom and kitchen. Perfect for a stay for two.

We had a lovely time at Nina's apartment. Check-in was hassle-free, the kitchen well equipped and in 3 minutes you were in the forest. The bed was nice and large, but unfortunately a little too soft for us. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

We traveled because of the German champions of our kids. I think it's great that if we are there again next year we already know where we can go again😊. Everything was super straightforward, clean and comfortable beds. It definitely wasn't the last time we were there. I can only recommend it. Thanks Susi.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

Bianca is very friendly and attentive, always asked if we needed anything. Her little Daughter is adorable. Everything was perfect and nearby there is a small bakery. The Voigtland is beautiful, we will be back.

The location at the end of the Mühlengasse was perfect for us, short distances to walk the dog "around the corner", and an ideal starting point for hikes. The "center" was also quickly accessible. Ralf and his family were super helpful, the apartment was great and everything else worked out. We would like to thank you for the hospitality - and would be happy to come back!
