Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet wobei bis zu 2 zusätzliche Personen auf 2 Schlafsesseln übernachten können. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Ostseenähe

Zwischen Ostseestrand und Lübeck befindet sich unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss eines 1926 erbauten Hauses. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist aus Holz (nicht geräuschlos). Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Mit den Öffis gelangt man an die Strände und nach Lübeck. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, kleinen Garten mit Terrasse und einen eigenen Eingang. Ich bin entspannt und mag ebenso entspannte Gäste. Diese Loungebereiche laden zum Verweilen und Enspannen ein ..... 7 km bis in die Innenstadt Lübeck, 12 km bis Travemünde und nur ein paar Schritte bis ins benachbarte Mecklenburg Vorpommern.

Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten in der Lübecker Altstadt in einem typisch lübschen Giebelhaus aus der Renaissance. Von hier aus könnt ihr alles gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen – das bekannte Holstentor, den Museumshafen, die gothischen Kirchen und die vielen kleinen Gassen und Gänge, die sich quer durch Lübeck schlängeln. Direkt vor der Haustür hält der Bus, der euch in nicht mal einer halben Stunde nach Travemünde zum Strand bringt.

Die Wohnung ist nur 35 Quadratmeter groß. Ein Aufenthalt mit 3 oder 4 Personen wird nur für einen kurzen Zeitraum empfohlen. Wohnen und Schlafen findet in einem Raum statt (Siehe Zeichnung). Speisen zubereiten ist ebenfalls begrenzt möglich. Es stehen zwei Kochfelder sowie Töpfe und Pfanne zur Verfügung, jedoch kein Ofen sowie keine Mikrowelle. Lübeck lädt jedoch zum Essen in seinen diversen Restaurants ein.
