The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please report your willingness to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Opportunities for activities in Sebnitz, such as a sports and leisure center (about 1 km), outdoor swimming pools, herbal spa, prehistoric park, house of the German artificial flower, African museum, etc. Popular starting point for hikes (also guided possible) or cycling trips to Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
