The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. Together with our two children and a cat, Roman and I live in the old sandstone house with a beautiful garden and rent our adjoining apartment overlooking the countryside. We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.
