Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful quiet place. Heidi-Alm ski slopes are about 2 minutes by car. An ideal resort for small children. The chalet is fully equipped, everything was set up, we didn't miss anything. We loved our vacation and would love to come back for a summer vacation. Christine is a great host. We can only recommend to everyone and thank Christine very much for the beautiful winter break.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. Had booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely be back to further explore this interesting region.

The house has a secluded location and you have a sensational view from the terrace. Due to a large awning, you can also perfectly enjoy lingering there on sunny days. The kitchen and living area is open plan, also inviting, should the weather not make it possible to stay outside. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of dishes and cutlery, and we were happy to use the washing machine. All in one, a relaxed, quiet week in the beautiful house of Annelies.

A wonderful home base to explore Lake Bled, Ljubljana, and other parts of Slovenia. We spent 5 nights in Nika & Luka's apartment and were very happy with the experience, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Lake Bled. The apartment was a very comfortable temporary home as we toured around the region. It has a beautiful view of Lake Bled and it's a short walk to the lake front. Nika & Luka were great hosts with timely and helpful communications. Overall - a fantastic experience!

We had some wonderful days in Kranj (pronounced Kran) wonderful recommendations for dining experiences by the host. An hour's drive to Lake Bohinj, which is definitely worth a visit on a hot day. Incredibly nice to be in a top baby-safe apartment, where we did not have to worry. And a lovely green garden with evening sun.

Had a great time. Only regret is we booked it for just two nights. Great view, house and people. Would love to come back again.

We had a pleasant stay in Kras. It's really very quiet there, but that's exactly what we wanted! A car is definitely necessary, but then there are countless excursions nearby. And of course the Carinthian lakes! The apartment is very nice, spacious and the balcony is great. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The bathroom is small but perfectly fine for two people. Maybe it's good to know it's only accessible through the one bedroom. All in all it was a great week and Marina and/or Günther were always available and the communication uncomplicated and very friendly! Thank you!

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's place is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The place is really nice and there was nothing we missed. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. At any time, she gave personal tips on hikes and local events. One could list much more here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from their own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Erika's beautiful apartment. It is situated in a very walkable location, close to everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and is a lovely retreat to return too, at the end of each day. If we ever return to Lake Bled we would definitely love to stay again. Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen and balconies are wonderful in terms of sun location. Within walking distance of the lake and quiet location. No further criticisms.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We travel in this area every year and were now a guest at Franz's for the second time. For nature lovers seeking tranquility, the area is an absolute dream. During our stay, we explored the Wilden Berg in Mautern, visited the Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, hiked to the Schwarzbeeralm and swam through the beautiful swimming lake in the village. There's something for everyone! Franz is a wonderful host and the apartment was again super clean and really has everything you need.

We absolutely enjoyed the apartment with our two children (2 and 5). It is absolutely clean, child-friendly, and really has everything you could need. Especially the connection to the Falkensteiner Cristallo was great for us - there we could use the pools and children's pools and the children's program. Just perfect for families We definitely want to come back.

Miha’s place was the perfect location to celebrate my father in laws 70th birthday. The location is perfect- walkable to Lake Bled but so peaceful and quiet with beautiful Mountain Views. The hot tub was squeaky clean and was a lovely added bonus to the stay. Miha was a great host and allowed us to drop our bags earlier than check in which was great.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

We stayed here for just one night, but everything was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Even though our stay was short, we felt very welcomed and at home.
