Villa vacation rentals in Bad Gastein

The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable, and the landlord was wonderful in his dealings. I had a great time with my family there, and the entire experience was excellent.

A wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Hollersbach im Pinzgau! We have been going on ski holidays with many friends for years. This year we were a total of 15 people and 4 children. The place was excellent! Starting from the quiet location (but at the same time also only 5 minutes by car to the lift) with 50 m distance to the Sahnealm (delicious food, highly recommended!) to the great room layout, which is especially outstanding for families with children. The common area is on the first floor, all bedrooms on the upper floors. This means that you can be loud downstairs even though the children are sleeping. The staff of the Sahnealm are also responsible for the accommodation, which made communication much easier. The house is very well equipped with spacious, well-divided rooms (almost each with its own bathroom), a large kitchen and a cozy lounge. Overall a very nice stay, we have already booked again for next year!

Robert was a great host, comunication was a bit difficult in English but we managed, its a wonderful place but isolated, Halleib is a nice town near by and you can shop there

Located in the beautiful mountains, perfect for hiking. When the weather is nice, the view is very nice. To all drivers: It gets curvy, steep and sometimes a few cows join the road :) All in all it was a perfect holiday for us.

Lovely cottage Double beds only accessible via ladder, but no problem for us. For small children, maybe. Kitchen well equipped, contact person on site very very communicative and caring. Location fantastic.

Hi Susan We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Felsenhuette and would definitely love to come back. The position of the house was perfect - nice and quiet and with fabulous views. The inside of the house was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Comfy beds and good bed linen. Felt very homely and was perfect for what we wanted 🙏 We didn’t mind the drive up to Turracherhohe where we skied at all , as Ebene Reichenau was a calm place to return to. If you want to really switch off, I can only recommend this farmhouse to you! We felt completely comfortable here from the first moment. The house dates from 1770 and has its very own distinctive charm. There is an incredible amount of space: e.g. a billiard room for social evenings, a fireplace where you want to read for hours or play games, a very spacious and cozy kitchen, and even a sauna. The many bedrooms are perfect to retreat when needed – especially with children or in changeable weather a real plus. We really enjoyed heating with the wood-burning stoves – that makes the whole house even more cozy. The kids were in heaven too! Goats, sheep, ponies, chickens and rabbits (which you were also allowed to feed!) The location is also just perfect: Beautiful hiking and mountain tours start right outside the door. It was an all-around beautiful time for us - we'll definitely be back next year.

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

Highly recommend , very close to the glacier , ski slopes. Lots of good restaurants nearby

We had a great family holiday. The home is beautiful, especially the annex with the more modern kitchen and long table. The view from the main bathroom is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Due to the many spacious rooms, it is always possible to be on your own.

Andreas was an exceptional host during our stay in Bad Kleinkirchheim! We rented 3 apartments in his villa, and everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout all apartments. Andreas truly went above and beyond by surprising us with fully stocked fridges, fresh bread, pasta, and other essentials upon our arrival - such a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The sauna worked perfectly and was a highlight of our stay, especially after long days of activities. Our group included 4 little kids who absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering. Andreas's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly memorable. We would highly recommend his villa to anyone visiting Bad Kleinkirchheim, and we definitely plan to return in the future!

Very nice spacious house and very nice place. Many mountains for hiking and there are several beautiful swimming lake nearby

The house is well furnished for a group of people who know each other. The kitchen is surprisingly well furnished with dishes and amenities. A super oven, fridge, and two dishwashers are well sized for a large group of people.

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We'll be happy to come back!

The place was very nice, clean and in a top location. Barbecue and hair dryer were available against expectation. The extra charge we paid for the administrative burden of Belvilla was a bit high. Could you have avoided the direct landlord privately I would be happy to come back there.

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
