Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Gastein

Together with my father, I stayed at Bernadett's house for a week. The house exceeded our expectations enormously. A beautiful house in a top location. The welcome was very warm. The supermarket and several restaurants are in walking distance. The nature reserve was also close by car. All in all very satisfied!

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanting house surpassed everything. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended here, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. If you are looking for peace and comfort, you will find both. WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

The apartment was simply perfect! Clean, equipped with everything needed, pleasant and comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The design is stunning, inviting, and very suitable for children. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Simon and Karlaine are very friendly and accommodating hosts without being intrusive! They had many tips for us for walking and leisure activities. They recommended us restaurants, as well as parking and informed us about the current condition of the hiking trails, so we could plan our paths accordingly. The apartment is nicely designed and offers plenty of space for four people to feel comfortable. We found everything very clean and both the apartment and the amenities corresponded to the description. We really enjoyed the holiday and thank you for the hospitality!

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. Quiet, spacious and peaceful in a lovely little town surround by nature and great hikes but weather was pouring rain our two days here so no hiking for us. It is located a 35-40 minute drive from Salzburg so good for a day trip. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place!! We felt at home instantly. The apartment is super comfy and cosy, the area is gorgeous, Maria is very kind and the space had everything we needed. It actually is bigger than it looks on the pictures, so highly recommend booking this clean & cute place! 💜✨

The apartment has everything you need. Everything is as good as new! The location is great and it's very quiet. Everyone in the house was very friendly and helpful. For us, the apartment was perfect! Fresh eggs were available for purchase. If you need it dark, you should bring sleeping glasses. The bathroom is clean but a little small. The balcony is narrow, but this is normal for the type of building. But if you want to do everything on foot, this is the wrong place. A car is necessary here. Thank you for 5 great nights.

Katrin's place is great for a getaway. She made us feel right at home quickly and provided lots of recommendations in the area. We will have to visit again as there were so many nice things to do. The house was cosy and the outdoor space was great to relax.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Great apartment located at unbeatable location, strongly recommended for those who seek calm place to recharge and relax

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

An exceptional accommodation and very thoughtful hosts (we only exchanged by chat). The place is peaceful and we loved the provision of an entire floor with private and very secure access. The apartment's decoration and equipment are sumptuous. A place where you can feel very good and where we regret spending only one night. We look forward to welcoming you 😊 I highly recommend it.

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We were very lucky to spend a wonderful couple of days in this beautiful apartment in Bischofswiesen – and are absolutely thrilled! The apartment is furnished with so much love for detail that you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. Everything is very tastefully designed, high-quality and wonderfully cozy. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: quietly located, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations in Berchtesgadener Land. Susanne's apartment completely met our expectations. It is perfectly equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom was very modern and the shower nice and large. The terrace is very large and partly covered. The view is beautiful, directly on the Planai and down to Schladming. Susanne was very active as a hostess and gave us very nice recommendations for hiking. She also took a lot of time for this and gave good descriptions of the routes for a total of 5 routes that she can recommend. The accommodation also had recommendations for restaurants in the area. All in all, we were super satisfied during our stay and have nothing negative to report. Thank you Susanne for the great accommodation and the great recommendations you gave us!
