Great excursion destinations around the house. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
