Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Bacnotan

The home is large and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms was equipped with its own air-conditioner and there were 2 tower fans in the living room area. A rare amenity was the rather large refrigerator instead of the more typical mini refrigerator. The home also had a regular full-size 4 burner stove with oven which was a nice bonus. The large yard that surrounds the house is fenced with 2 locked entry gates; one small gate for people and a large gate for cars or etc. The large yard is filled with various fruit trees and many flowering plants and etc which are maintained by the homes caretaker. The ocean and beaches are close by with the popular surfing community of San Juan, La Union, a relatively short trip to the South. Also, be sure to keep food crumbs and spills wiped up to avoid feeding the ants which seem to love life in the warm tropical Philippines. The hosts and caretakers of the home were all very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

Reasons to book Casa El Chico: 1.) Neil was an excellent host. He’s accommodating, kind, and simple to communicate with. 2.) The house has plenty of space and is clean. 3.) We can cook and prepare our meals. 4.) There are plenty of clean bathrooms, and the water pressure is excellent even when we're all using it at the same time. 5.) The rooms are extremely comfy and tidy. 6.) There are board games! We will definitely book again!

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

This is our second time staying here, and I’m happy to say the experience is just as great as the first. The place is spotless, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. The host is consistently responsive and genuinely accommodating, which really adds to the comfort of the stay. What a wonderful find for a family getaway! The cozy coastal vibe was exactly what we needed, and there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Both villas were spacious and instantly made us feel at home. The beach was absolutely stunning—sunny and vibrant during the day, then cool and rainy at night, which was perfect for catching up on rest. The fully equipped kitchen made meals easy, and having three restrooms in Villa 1 was a big plus for our group. With the cool breeze, sleeping out on the terrace was incredibly relaxing—truly one of the highlights of my trip back to the Philippines. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating and made sure we had all the information we needed before our trip. The caretaker was equally hospitable, always available and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The place itself was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having three bathrooms was a big plus for our group. There’s also a spacious yard and plenty of parking, which is perfect if you’re bringing pets. Yes, this place is truly pet-friendly, our furry friends had a blast running around the open space. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The beach is just a short walk away like having the ocean right in your backyard, and it’s wonderfully peaceful and uncrowded. If you’re looking for more activity, San Juan beach and the nightlife scene are also within easy reach. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or enjoy a livelier atmosphere, this place offers the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Kalgow La Union is a a beautiful retreat in San Juan. The ambience and decor were beautiful, the beds were plush, the pool area was so chic relaxing, and the overall experience was warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this getaway to anyone heading out to San Juan.

Kaykayo is beautiful place! I wish I would have booked it at least for 3 days instead of just one night to really enjoy the scenery. Big enough to accommodate a big family. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything you need for a nice vacation is in here. Complete and spacious kitchen for big groups and lots of activities from beach, pool, video keeping, and even billiards. Not even a dull moment in this place.

The place is sulit! accessible to palengke, grocery shop and other fastfood chains. Okay also yung accommodation itself, rooms, kitchen and CRs. Basic kitchen utensils are available pero if you’re cooking big batches need to bring your own kawali and kalderos. Okay din yung neighborhood, hindi maingay and we did nit encounter a problem naman during our stay.

Villa Kaiyo is exceptional! We brought our family and friends from Japan. We loved the place. SEPANX IS REALLLL!!! The airbnb itself is well designed and spacious (as architect myself). They have three (3) Toilet and bathrooms so it was really comfortable for everyone to have their own comfort rooms. Bath essentials such as shampoos, body wash and conditioners are also provided. Comfortable and fresh linens are also super nice to use. Bedrooms are spacious, can accommodate your luggage. I'd say kid friendly too - beds are not too high like the usual, the kitchen counter is high enough not for them to reach the kitchen utensils. The kitchen bar is also on point. I also like how the dining area has its own lanai to accommodate the grilled BBQ. everyone really love the place. The caretakers are super nice too, we arrived earlier than expected, they just let us in and relax after a long drive. My parents were not fan of airbnb, but now, the villa made them think otherwise. haha

The place was amazing and so was the host. He was always communicative and was able to accommodate last minute changes. The place was spacious and looked so cool! I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back again.

Lily’s place is hands down the best bnb we’ve stayed at in LU. I’m definitely booking again the next time I’m in town. I really appreciated how proactive the host was—she sent a message with everything we needed to know: how to get in, where the key was, what to expect. Super clear and helpful, and everything was labeled too, which made things so easy. The place itself is super cozy and homey—we honestly didn’t even want to leave. It had everything we needed for a chill and comfy stay. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a nice spot near the beach.

A hidden gem away from the town proper’s busyness and action. Perfect for wfh people or who just want a peaceful place to stay.

Before anything else, I would like to give our sincerest thanks to Ms. Judith, who was very accommodating, from proactively reminding us about our trip 2 days before, and checking on us while we were on our way, giving us directions and settled us in when we arrived, reaching out to suggest dinner options, up to checkout. We highly appreciate the flexibility with the check in and check out time as well. The place is spacious and great for big groups, with various of amenities offered, including karaoke, pool table, and bonfire. And the beach is amazing! Calm, with fine sand. The property is aesthetically pleasing and located in a peaceful area. It comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The beach is less than a 2-minute walk away, and it's a short 15–20 minute drive to Urbiztondo and the local nightlife in elyu.The host was very responsive ,ensured a smooth stay and a very pet friendly airbnb unit ( I have 5 dogs along with me ☺️) Highly recommended.

The place is awesome for family wanting to have a private and quiet place to spend together. The usual busy hang-outs and restaurants are bit of a drive - but some of us wants exactly that. Having an awesome view of the beach and with a convenient but exclusive access to and fro the beach from the villa is good for those with kids. Plenty of space as well for the family and pets to roam around. Our furbaby enjoyed roaming around this pet friendly space. The house and space is IG flex worthy for those whose into that. Host and caretaker is easy to responsive and very responsive. Overall we would highly recommend this listing.

First time in elyu well-spent and enjoyed thanks to The SeaChange ! It was very nice to have the beach nearby (literally just a minute or two walk, so convenient!)… The place had its own outdoor shower too so it was easy to wash off the sand post visit :) Glad there were games to entertain us at night. The hosts are very accommodating as well so it made our visit much lighter and easier! 🩷 Hope we can come back soon.
