Aki is a great and superhost. Always responsive and takes time to check on us. His property Tierra Bella Beach House is a lovely and great place for a family to create a precious memory. Kitchen Amenities are functional with a lot of stuffs that guests can use.Aside from the picturesque view, the property also has its own cozy atmosphere and the fence around made us feel secure and in a way exculisive..Definitely deserve my 5 star rating and I just booked for another stay🥰😇

The owners are approachable and flexible regarding the terms of using their facility, making them easy to deal with. The house is a bungalow type and matches the interior as presented. However, when we first arrived, we had some doubts about whether it was the right house. The road leading to the accommodation was narrow, with only one way in and out. Manoeuvring to park your vehicle in their private parking space, especially vans, was quite challenging but possible. On the other hand, the road entry was not busy most of the time, so coming in and out while staying there was manageable.

Our recent stay at this incredible Airbnb was truly one for the books! From the moment we arrived, my family and I were blown away by the outstanding service and warm hospitality that greeted us. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease. The ambiance was simply delightful. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Location-wise, this place couldn't be better! Nestled in a not crowded area but, close to local attractions. Whether we decided to explore or just relax, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Without a doubt, the hospitality and service provided by our hosts were exceptional. Ensuring we had everything we might require for a perfect stay. Overall, our Vacation was nothing short of spectacular! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. An easy 11 out of 10!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Ms. May's private resort! The rooms were exceptionally clean and felt very new, which made our stay even more comfortable. The resort is spacious and well-maintained, with clean surroundings that added to the relaxing vibe. Everything we needed was provided—complete amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The owner made sure we had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were a group of 11 and had an amazing stay! The unit is beachfront, very spacious, and spotless. The kitchen utensils were complete, and there was even a grill available, which made cooking and dining so convenient for our group. Perfect for big groups who want easy access to the beach and a relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

Thank you Bro. Hero & Sis Cristy, we enjoyed our 6 nights stayed in your place especially my grandson, he was able to experienced camping and bonfire in their garden. The place was very peaceful, the ambiance really great with the pine trees surrounding the area. We enjoyed playing with their friendly dogs, will surely miss Hope, Zion, Snow and Grasya. COZI Home is a wonderful place to stay. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It provided us with the privacy we needed and was a great space to relax and recharge after a busy day of touring. We appreciated having the option to cook and warm up our own food, which made our stay even more comfortable. The sleeping arrangements were more than enough for our family of nine, and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. Overall, it’s the perfect home-away-from-home right in the heart of the city.

The unit is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and truly feels like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is also excellent—secured with 24/7 security, and the dedicated parking space is conveniently close to the elevator, which made things so much easier for our family. What truly made this stay exceptional was our host, Ms. Fatima. She is by far the best host we’ve ever had—warm, responsive, approachable, and genuinely caring. Our furbaby was happy and our Senior Mother was as well. Area is perfect for those looking for a more quiet and private place (it’s inside a gated village), while still being near Baguio’s attractions and park. WiFi was good. We extended our stay! 🙂 This was such a cozy home, and our stay was made homier by our gracious hosts, Sir Nico, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Sharon. Big thank you to sir Nico who gave us so much advice on where to go and what to do (+great conversations!).

I am highly recommending this property. A very clean and relaxing place. More than enough space for a big family. Area is near the activities in Baguio plus also just an hour or two away from activities in Atok. We actually should have booked more days here and just had a day tour in Atok. will go back again here. This is really a great place if you want to have some quiet time and be alone. And its a plus that ate Rose, ate Esmy and kuya Ariel are so accommodating they even help us to carry our bags.

We had an amazing staycation at this place! The view of La Trinidad during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. We especially loved the bonfire area—being surrounded by trees while enjoying the cool air and warm fire was a highlight. The place was very clean and well-maintained, with all the kitchen equipment we needed. We felt safe and at home the entire time. Rosalinda was a wonderful host—super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. As a local from La Trinidad, I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy that relaxing “Baguio vibe” without having to go far. Definitely a hidden gem in La Trinidad!

We had an enjoyable stay at Carm's place and more. We loved everything in the house, from the farmhouse interior to the lovely garden outside. I appreciated the complete kitchen and the provided kids tableware as we had kids with us. We knew before booking that the place is a bit far from the city center but we booked the place for the quiet and charm. Looking forward to stay again soon.

One of the best place I have stayed with my family in Baguio! Highly recommended for families who wanted a quiet location with homey vibes. Also, all rooms at ground floor helped my senior relatives, easy to access the entire place. Caretakers are very nice and easy to coordinate with. Will definitely book again here :)
