I had such a great time staying here! The place is tucked right above a Laundry shop, so I almost missed it at first, but the host was already waiting and came out to greet me as soon as I reached out. She was incredibly welcoming and took time to walk me through everything in the room. The space itself is a bit smaller than I thought, but it’s really clean, well-organized, and the balcony has a charming view of the street. The neighborhood is lively and walkable with plenty of local spots to explore. Would absolutely recommend!

Exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived— no eerie or uncomfortable feelings. The place truly felt like home. Our toddler slept peacefully throughout the night, which says a lot about how cozy and safe it felt. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Thank you so much! I love the place. Although the apartment is in a old building but the interior is very nice and lovely. If you have big luggage, you may feel a little bit uncomfortable because there’s no elevator. Security is very good. Such a very interesting experience.

Having all three units on the same floor made it perfect for our group to stay connected and enjoy quality time together. The host, Ngọc, is incredibly humble and supportive. She went out of her way to assist us, even helping us find our next stay when we wanted to move closer to West Lake. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Hanoi with a kind and helpful host.
