Very bright, modern, 2 bedroom apartment (58 m2), rated 4* by Charentes Tourisme on 6/8/2023. This apartment consists of an entrance, living room, semi-open kitchen, bedroom, shower room. Special care is taken in the decoration and equipment of the apartment, to make you feel at home. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Parking is included in the rental. I provide you with the Vieux Port public parking card which gives you access to a free space.

Beautiful quiet house in the city center, modern and authentic, where young and old will find happiness (foosball, trampoline, ping-pong...). This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.

La Petite Rêverie – suite in 3* listed house

We welcome you to our home in a nice annex. We will share access to the house and the garden but you have accommodation with independent entrance to the living room offering a bed for 2 people as well as an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a bathroom. a separate toilet. The flower garden is an invitation to relax: deckchairs, lunch set, playground. All in a very quiet environment 500m from the beach and shops.

This 2-bedroom accommodation in a quiet residence and close to shops offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 10 minutes from Aytré beach, 15 minutes from La Rochelle, 5 minutes from shops. A 10 m2 terrace allows you to have meals outside or sunbathe. Bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover 220/240 and pillowcase) at €20 per bed, and a €5 package for towels. To be paid upon arrival.
