Great place to stay, convenient location - 3 minutes to the sea. Shops are a few steps away. the host is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean and fresh. All necessary items are available: dishes, towels, bed linen. All issues that arose before the trip and check-in were resolved easily and quickly. Definitely recommend it! We'll come back again! Thanks to the host for the timeliness and generosity! I recommend it!

When you meet Ufuk like I did you will have amazing host and for me a friend. Ufuk is helpful, thoughtful and a kind person. Ufuk has a wonderful i mean wonderful home with a million dollar view and location, i spent 30 days here and i would live here easily, not just because 5 min walk is amazing beach and great restaurants and things to do and nice old city about 15min walk, Ufuk was there for me to make sure everything was perfect for me. I got to meet here family and friends and they are so lucky to have Ufuk. The sunrises and sunsets and listing to the ocean and watch the days go by and have no idea what day of the week it is , was perfect I felt so relaxed and cared for , none of this would have happen if it was for Ufuk. I no someday I will be back and I have amazing memories here that I will never forget Thank you Ufuk, there needs be more people like you in the world ! Jason

Very nice apartment. Gym and pool rather underwhelming. A bit far from the center, but still a decent location. Hosts very communicative and responsive. We had a car so it was good to have private parking. Very nice balcony off the kitchen.

Everything was great, I rent quite often and it is extremely rare to meet such responsive hosts, helped with many things that we didn't even have to. In short, I recommend)

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

It is very nice to be within walking distance to Maraş beach and I liked the home decoration and the house was clean and hassle-free

Susan is a very helpful host, she is there whenever you need her. The place is amazing , specially if you have kids its the best place to stay, there is lots to do, great cafes and restaurants , lots of pool options inside the resort makes your stay smooth and easier. We enjoyed everyday of our stay .

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

The accommodation was spotless, super clean, well maintained and perfectly accessible. We immediately felt comfortable there! The host was very responsive and helped us with every question, which really made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it without a second thought!
