The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

A serene waterway is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring trees that gently arch over the flowing water. Sunlight filters through the leaves, reflecting off the surface of the river, creating a tranquil and inviting natural setting.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Höxter und Beverungen, mitten im schönen Weserbergland. Natur Pur direkt vor der Tür. Wandern, Radfahren, oder einfach erholen, das alles ist hier ganz leicht möglich. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Naturheilzentrum und Seminarhaus (keine Angst es ist hier immer sehr ruhig), so dass sie, wenn sie wollen, zusätzlich die Möglichkeit haben sich massieren zu lassen, Taiji, Qi Gong oder Yoga zu praktizieren oder auch ayurvedische Anwendungen zu genießen.

Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

We were 5 days in Helmerhausen. We really enjoyed it. The accommodation is exactly as described. Totally cozy and lovingly furnished. We were welcomed with coffee and pastries. A bouquet of flowers was also on the table. The hosts are great people, we always felt like we knew them. It just fit. Nice conversations about God and the world rounded it off. For my husband's birthday there was even a cake, we were thrilled. It certainly wasn't the last time we were there. Barbara and Wilhelm

The house is situated in an idyllic location with a very beautiful garden. We had a few nice and quiet days with our family in Bodenfelde. The pictures of the listing are no longer completely up-to-date, but this was not a disadvantage.

I felt very comfortable in the beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment. The terrace with unobstructed views of the neighborhood made my stay even more refined. You can quickly reach the old town and the Weser on foot. Natascha was very friendly and super quick with her answers.

we felt completely comfortable. The house and garden are very lovingly decorated and designed and everything was super clean and very well equipped. There's really nothing we'd say was bad or we didn't like. Unfortunately, we didn't have such good weather during the stay, but since the accommodation was so beautiful, it didn't bother us at all. we would want to come back any time and definitely recommend the Forsthaus :-)!
